Within one hour of ordering, I tried to cancel. I was told it was too late and I would receive the order in about 5 days and could initiate a return then. Nearly 3 weeks later the order arrived. I contacted the company to initiate a return, and a week later I've heard nothing back. This is a scam!

The customer service rep was quick and efficient. I appreciated her professionalism (Sara).

So far I’m feeling really good, I’m definitely feeling less bloated and I’m feeling lighter and healthier. I’ve been taking Happy Liver for about 5 weeks now. I did have a question for Ritual Labs a few days ago regarding the ingredients listed on the bottles, and I received a positive response in a timely manner. Thank you 😊

I received them quickly. I felt great after just a couple of days. Great product. Great price point.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is not a legitimate company. The Happy Liver product was fake. Had no lot # on the bottles and also the manufactured date indicated the product was made after I received it in the mail. The bottle I received look nothing like the bottle I purchased online. They say they're based in the US but this shipped from China. After emailing them about this being a fake product I was told I could return it for a full refund and was sent an address in Florida to send it to. They stated once they received a picture of the tracking number they'd issue a refund. Well I did just that. I sent over a tracking number and received an email stating my refund had been issued immediately. I, in fact, had not been issued a refund. After emailing back and forth for 10 days they stopped responding and additionally the package came back to me as undeliverable. The address they are using for fake returns is 2730 SW 3rd Ave Ste 306, Miami , FL 33129. This company is a complete scam!!!

Horrible company. Set you up on auto ship without your knowledge, no advance notice of impending shipment and upon request will not cancel order. STAY AWAY!!

I purchased happy Liver for my husband. He is having positive results from this supplement. His blood pressure has been better. He has felt better.

i had asked that my next order be delayed until september; however, even though that request was confirmed, you shipped a new order in June anyway and refused to retract it despite my request to do so.

the customer service rep (Sara) told me the order had already shipped so it couldn't be cancelled... if find this explanation odd, since the shipping confirmation wasn't sent for another 2 days?

And again, I have had them try and take money from my account.
This company is a scam. They will not reply to emails nor read them. They are constantly trying to take money from my account even though I have emailed them numerous times. Today they have announced they will try a further 7 ATTEMPTS to take my money.
They will reply to this review inviting me to contact them on their support email so it looks like they are attentive! They then do nothing.

Was frustrated as I did not sign up for a subscription plan so couldn't believe after buying 4 bottles just a month ago you would think I needed another 2 when I don't even know if it's working until I have a blood test at the end of the month. Couldn't get the shipment stopped in time but your customer service employee made it sound like it would be an easy return/refund and took the auto shipment off my account. Your company does at least get back with its customers tso that says alot and only ensures you stand by your product and what to make people happy which means alot nowadays.

The only thing I can say to improve is the website. By mistake I subscribe to this site. When I received the product is not what I was waiting for. I did clicked on the wrong page. Here is the improve: Customers should be able to cancel on their portal. If they have an account they should have a password instead to provide their e-mail address to have access to their account. Second to have a cancellation in the portal as well. The only thing available was to pause. Yes there is a button for cancellation but it doesn't work. Customer has to send an e-mail requesting the account to be closed permanently. Other wise the reply to the e-mail was within minutes. I had not try the product so I can't write nothing about it.
