Great shop, ordered a pair of speakers. Arrived next day. After they arrived I realised I had ordered the wrong ones. Returned no problem. Fast refund. Polite on the phone when I rang them. Ordered new ones arrived next day. Shipped in well cushioned box. What more do you want.

Got in touch with Road Radio through their online contact help link. Andy swiftly replied to me with helpful information regarding a dash cam install.
Purchased and booked an install (the best prices on the Internet too, for both dash cam and install!)
Initially had the install booked at their Crawley shop but due to work commitments, I had to cancel and get Andy to send me the dashcam to me instead.
Great customer service all round, I highly recommend Road Radio.

Very happy.Ordered a new Kenwood Car Stereo at lunchtime and subsequently received an email from Andy late afternoon to say my order had been dispatched.
Arrived before lunch the next day and it was securely wrapped.
No issues whatsoever, good comms which is rare these days and happy with my purchase.

Such a waste of time
I bought an item from this store, but they never responded until I had to open a case with PayPal. Where I find out that the item on the way back to store. It was such a waste of time and their communication was terrible. Really disappointed with the service.

I am sorry, yes, hands up! We should have done a much better job with communication. Your parcel was sent the same day as you ordered it on April 24th and DPD couriers attempted delivery the next day, April 25th. Due to the value of the goods we send, someone needs to be present to sign for them. I will look in to why tracking details were not sent to you and why you were not carded. Sorry again Andy

A textbook positive customer experience.
This was a textbook positive customer experience.
I was a happy customer of Ian Bannings in Guildford for 30 years, until they closed. I didn't know any other car audio providers that were any good but knew of some that had poor reputations.
From the first call, I knew that Road Radio were going to be good, they asked the right questions and knew the wiring layout of my car and how what I had differed from what I wanted to buy.
A great price (the lowest from a reputable online dealer - rather than those who advertise a low price but who never have stock), it arrived next day )for free!) and I installed it in about 15 mins.
So, what's not to like about that. Thank you Andy @ Road Radio. A quick and smooth experience.
