We really enjoyed ourself in Winnipeg for the Heritage Classic Hockey Games. The Roadtrips provided the information that I requested and even more to the request. There was always an on-site host available by phone to ask any question or concern regarding the city or the event that we were attending

Jeff Wills and Ben Hopper led a talented team and made our Rio Olympics a trip of a lifetime. They were cheerful, informed, patient and welcoming. They had answers and often reached out to us before we knew what questions to ask! We were a family of four and loved staying in Ipanema so close to the beach and the neighborhoods. I would highly recommend utilizing Roadtrips' services for such a trip. Our travel agent at American Express in DC, Guiomar Aguirre, was so smart to recommend Roadtrips to us. Thank you Jeff, Ben, Gabby and everyone at Roadtrips.

I found Road Trips staff in the states as well as in Rio to be friendly, responsive, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Road Trips made it easy to navigate this foreign country especially since there was very little English spoken. The entire process, the booking o the trip, the airline tickets, the event tickets was a pleasurable experience, especially the event tickets. We previously purchased tickets from CoSpot which was a nightmare. It was great to tell Road Trips what events we wanted to see and to get the tickets for those events. Overall, I would use Road Trips again and would definitely recommend Road Trips to friends and relatives. Looking forward to the 2020 Olympics in Japan.

Roadtrip's hosting of our Rio 2016 experience was excellent from start to finish. It does not pretend to be inexpensive but neither is any truly first class service.
The pre-arrival communications with Kate were patient, efficient and professional and culminated in the timely arrival by fedex of the well put together tour package and event tickets.
Kate handed off to Jeff who then sent us personal contact details for himself and Ben and this gave us comfort that we would not be alone when we arrived.
We were met on arrival at the airport by a local agent with a sign with my name and that removed the usual new country anxiety. (I forget his name but he was very tall and his name maybe starts with a "G' he was to later assist us at he Stadium as well).
He made a good first impression and guided us through the airport to the private pick up bus which was to specification (something that often did not happen with some other tour providers in other countries who couldn't believe we wanted a large bus).

Jeff later met us at the Hotel as promised and was to prove a strong and resourceful leader of the team who we always knew we could ask for help of any kind.
Throughout the two week stay we were spoiled rotten by a constantly available flow of Roadtrip personnel at our beck and call. This included several who spoke the language.
The personalized and practical service was amazing. On the first day Raphael actually loaned us local money from his wallet without us asking when he realised we had to make any urgent trip before being able to get local money. Lucas even with us on the road to learn the area and help with translation of any difficult issues such as cell phone service or bank transactions.

Once we had an urgent business document to scan and send home and Raphael spent an entire afternoon making sure we got it done, using his own laptop.

Our entire family got the feeling that the Roadtrips team genuinely cared about us as they went above and beyond the specific tasks they were contracted to do and constantly asked if we needed anything.

The bus rides to and from the stadium were not expected nor was the useful and generous gift baskets which made a huge personalized impact. We were surprised at the quality of the gifts and continue to use every one of them. The nightly bus rides were a specially appreciated feature of the service as the alternative public train rides were rough. Special mention must go to the team members Gabby and Lucas who entertained and escorted us to the stadium each night, leaving the bus and leading us on foot when it was clear that waiting on the traffic was not feasible, guiding us to the special least crowded lines, and waiting with signs in the stadium crowds afterwards and even going in search until the last group member was found and back on the bus, often after midnight.

Every Roadtrip team member was friendly and smiling and accommodating. we will always remember Jeff, Gabby, Lucas, Kris, Raphael,

This is the first time we have used Roadtrips. Our travel agent recommended them. My wife has been going to the summer Olympics since 1992, but for Rio, we wanted to make sure we stayed somewhere safe and had tickets (tickets were very hard to come by at the London games). We are so glad we did. We were picked up at the airport without any difficulty, checked into the hotel where we were greeted by Dustin, who got us checked in and oriented to where everything was, transit to the events etc. Dustin was wonderful. On our first day we did a city tour arranged by Roadtrips so we knew where everything was. What we found was that all the bad publicity that surrounded the games was completely inaccurate, no bugs, no trash, finished facilities....We had a great time and Roadtrips was always there whenever we needed anything. What we particularly liked was their hospitality lounge which we could use late in the evening, to meet with fellow travelers and some of the Roadtrips staff. I can not say enough about Roadtrips.....I definitely recommend them and we look forward to using them again in the future. We met the owner and his wife, and I can see why the culture of the company is this way, it reflects their values of taking care of their clients. I can't say enough good things about them.......

We were fortunate to travel to Rio with Roadtrips for the Summer Olympics. They were very organized and took care of every detail for us, both pre-trip and on location. Kris and Jeff were awesome, and Gabby was such a great host as well, taking us to a local Brazilian restaurant for the best lunch ever - and bringing flowers for us in memory of our daughter as we set out to see Christ the Redeemer, something she had always wanted to do. I would definitely recommend Roadtrips to anyone wanting to take an unforgettable vacation!

I had two clients who traveled to Rio for the Olympics. They started their visit to Rio a week before the beginning of the Olympics in order to get to know the city better before the chaos of the games took over everything. RoadTrips set up everything for their trip, including tours and dinner reservations. There was always someone representing RoadTrips to either help them set up reservations or taxi pickups, as well as making sure that all of their questions were answered. The clients had booked the opening ceremony, as well as a number of sporting events. Everything went like clockwork. They were completely satisfied with this trip. I have to commend RoadTrips, also, for their quick response to my questions and to adding additional features for the clients up to a week before they left for Rio. A great experience with RoadTrips from beginning to end.

The Roadtrip guides were very accommodating and very knowledgeable
about the needs of our Olympic tour. They made sure we were taken care

(our airport driver) to Gabby (Host) & Leila (Tour guide) & I can't even offer enough praise for Lisa, all were phenomenal. This was an awesome trip. The Roadtrips staff delivered on every level. They are organized, communicate extremely well, have an awesome presentation of your itinerary when you arrive. I always felt that I could call them with any question that I had and someone would answer. They go above and beyond to ensure that their guests are taken care of. I met so many people who were repeat customers of Roadtrips and I totally see why. We will definitely use them again!

The entire experience was excellent. Roadtrips offered a lodging option at all price points. We chose a highly rated beautiful boutique hotel that put us away from the crowds in a great artsy neighborhood. Both the home office and on site staff were great. Roadtrips was constantly assessing transportation issues and developing options based upon current conditions to assure seamless, easy transportation around the city. The amenities included a private lounge with free (really good) hot food and drinks that was a great place to gather before and after events. We look forward to doing this again in Tokyo.

Road trips personnel made us feel genuinely welcomed and we'll cared for. We received transportation that was not included in the package, and was extremely welcome. And the lounge that sounded just so so in the written description was a major highlight of our trip.

Roadtrips arranged our Rio 2016 Olympics trip and I can't say enough good things about them. The quality and level of service was top notch. They were so responsive to our needs, attentive to every last detail and the people who hosted us in Rio from Roadtrips were so warm, fun, friendly and awesome at their jobs. From the biggest things to the smallest things, they were just on top of it. For example, even when we realized we didn't have our USA team gear (since we are currently living in Peru), Dwayne within an hour had an American flag and two USA Team Olympic hats for us. The hotel we stayed in and the transportation arranged to the events were wonderful. We felt safe, taken care of and most of all had an unforgettable amazing experience checking off a bucketlist dream of going to the Olympics to see the equestrian show jumping events.

This was my first experience in Rio, with the Olympics, and with Roadtrips. I was very happy with the service Roadtrips provided. I was emailing questions until the day before I left from NJ to go to Brazil and my emails were still being answered. Kris and the rest of the team were excellent. They had my itinerary lined up and constantly communicated with me. I never felt alone. I would recommend Roadtrips to all of my friends and family. Tgey made me feel like friends. It was too many to name individually but they were all great and easy to talk to. I can't say enough about them.

The local hosts, as well as the regular Roadtrips crew were amazing to have while in Rio. They were accessible, helpful and easy to talk to. The hotel we stayed in was in an amazing location, and the gift package we got was unbelievable. My wife and I were very well taken care of each day, and we even stepped out of our own comfort zones.
