I use Robin Food for my regular shop and have done for quite some time. There is always a great range of products. Occasionally there are missing items in my order but they immediately pay back the amount even before I realize it.
Overall, great service! They are always polite and always on time!

I ordered two times and both of them were okay. Your complimentary antibacterial hand jel and face mask just made my day! I just suggest you that you should choose your suppliers more carefully because there was a hair in your icli kofte. I know it's not about your company but your supplier.

Enjoyed the bakery products
No issues with the products, they were in good condition and looked as their description. After I raised my concerns about the unsustainable packaging, I got a call from Robin Food and they ensured me that they will eventually use recyclable materials for the cargo packaging. Please let them know in your notes while ordering not to use a lot of packaging materials if you are not ordering anything in glass containers and feel responsible for the environment!!

Friendly, supporting and quick service. Contains vast majority of produce from Turkey not normally found in UK. Commendable packaging, shipping etc. Frozen items were kept in special ice packaged containers and fragile items such as glass bottles were well wrapped.
Would highly recommend, I will be buying from them again shortly
