Great delivery time and product!
Great delivery time! From the day i put in the order to the day i got it was 7 business days. I live in Norway so it had to travel a fair distance. And the day they were due to arrive, I got a text from the delivery person where a timeframe for delivery was given and a polite question if the packadge could be left by the door if I wasnt home at the time of the delivery. And when they arrived, each pet was put inside a sweet giftbag inside the packadge. And the pets are super cute! The images on the page do not do them justice, they are adoreable! I bought the Highland Cow and the Platypus as a gift to my wife as she fell in love the second her eyes landed on them.
Will definetly order more pets in the future!

mum is overjoyed with her new pet
My mum is overjoyed with her new pet, thank you. Seeing her face as she unpacked it and gradually learned the things it can do was delightful.
From my pov, being able to order from Australia and get it delivered to her in the uk within a couple of days was fantastic, and the gift wrap was a nice touch too. It would’ve been nice to be able to add a message or a card, but that’s a small thing on the grand scheme.

This is my second purchase from Robopets, they are such a wonderful company! I ordered a black and white cat which was unfortunately out of stock. Wonderful ! I lost a pet in February and this beautiful cat is helping heal my heart. I am disabled so this cat has brought so much joy to me.
So lifelike! Can’t fault the ordering and delivery process. Well worth the money.
Highly recommended.

Really great service
Really great service , efficient and friendly and high quality robo pets . I have seen first hand the amazing impact that they have had on children’s well- being from resolving conflict when there are fall outs to helping with children who are anxious or upset .
I have loved the cats , dogs , purbles, birds and pandas and look forward to seeing all the new additions .

You’d be barking not to order one!
A very quick delivery and a lovely product which is really making a difference to an 88 year old lady who has Alzheimer’s disease. My mum’s face lights up when her Labrador pup reacts to her, wagging his tail and batting his eyelids. It’s lovely to see.

Hi Dominik, we are so sorry that your item didn't arrive from the UK to your address in Italy via courier DPD. Your parcel was dispatched on 27th August. Apparently DPD did try to contact you to confirm your Codice Fiscal (Italian Tax Code) but were unable to get in touch. We can see that your parcel is now being returned to us.
