The whole experience was easy and quick. A flew bugs in the app and some processes were mildly annoying but got squared away in the end. First problem which was child support payments. When you claim this can be done online 100% but expect someone to go to a county building for a signed letter when all records can be pulled from website, was a bit off putting. But eventually the information I sent was deemed good enough and we moved in. Only other problem was within the presigning where it said I had 20 tasks for the banking information sheet due to all the check boxes. Last was logging into the rocketclose. That was a bit cumbersome to get in but once in worked flawlessly.

We had an absolutely great experience working with Rocket Close. The virtual closing process was incredibly smooth and easy from start to finish. Throughout the entire journey, communication with the team was top-notch—they were always responsive, clear, and professional. I would highly recommend Rocket Close to my family, friends, and professional associates!

Our (first) closing was a disaster because of Rocket's notary--Imad Elisawi. From the beginning, Mr. Elisawi was unprepared for his tasks. He showed up late, then announced that he had forgotten the paperwork for our closing at home. His wife had to bring it to him, which set back our closing by about 45 minutes. These problems were dwarfed by what came next. Mr. Elisawi then failed to notarize the pre-signed documents that I completed on the day of our closing, which invalidated them and required us to schedule another closing--costing my wife and I additional time, effort, and stress. I insisted that Mr. Elisawi not be assigned to our second closing--a request that Rocket got right by honoring. I was told that someone from Rocket's "leadership team" would reach out to us to discuss how they could compensate us for our wasted time and effort, but we haven't heard anything yet. An appropriate Google review will be forthcoming from us about this fiasco.
