Not professional
Your closer came to my home, which I appreciate. But she was not able to get out of her car and had a small tv tray table she placed next to her open door. That’s how I signed papers. On a tv tray out in the driveway.

It was really easy to upload all my documents. When I couldn't find the documents I needed I just called and they sent them in by mail for me to sign and I just uploaded them by picture. It was an overall very smooth refinance!

The entire process of refinancing with Rocket was amazing. We've used Jeff before and hes always been attentive, friendly, and quick to respond. Brett was very professional as well as helpful. The lady who conducted our closing was friendly, informative, and made sure all our questions were answered. I would recommend Rocket Mortgage as the first choice in buying and refinancing.

Everything was very fast. And everyone the team were very helpful. The only problem was computer and how to do things when checking in. I figure it out but not computer savvy. So it took me a little longer. But with 2 calls and notary help I got it done.
