One of the top, if not the top recommended purchases for any new parent!!!

Worked great for 4 months then just stopped working. Found that a black rubber ring inside had snapped so can no longer use it.

Great product and, importantly, great after care service. Shout out to Josie who was most helpful.

Firstly, the product is superb. Our baby sleeps soundly and safely during the day with the Rockit. Secondly, when we had a faulty product and Amazon would no longer accept it as a return, the company went above and beyond to support us with a replacement, ensuring we didn't go even a day without this life saving device. Prompt, helpful communication from real people, and a really great product. Hugely recommend!

The Rockit, if you're going to get one item, get this. My little girl would only sleep in her pram been rocked. I was up all night (and most of the day) and a friend recommended this. I only wish I've off got it from day 1 - it would of saved a lot of exhausted, hormonal breakdowns 🤣 5 stars isn't enough, it really is brilliant and a complete game changer

I have all 3 rockit items, I love all items, i had a problem with 1 item & I emailed the company just to check if it was still in warranty, I got a swift reply & a replacement sent out straight away, fantastic service

Rockit’s customer service is in a class of its own. We had an issue with your Rockit so contacted their customer service, not only was the rockit replaced BEFORE I’d sent the faulty one back, it was done with compassion, knowledge and haste. Josie specifically put up with many of my stupid (baby brain) questions and I cannot rate her, or the company enough.

The Rockit has changed my life! I’ve got twin girls who became accustomed to sleeping in their pram. That was originally the only way they would nap in the day. Tried it on the pram after a walk and they slept for hours. Then I put it on their next to me cribs and they fall asleep on their own and for hours. I have bought another and will buy an additional strap so it’s ready whenever I need it. It’s made us all a lot happier.

The rockit is a must-have item for any new parent. A little rock on the pram keeps my baby asleep for longer or, if they are awake, keeps them happy and settled whilst I’m otherwise occupied (with my three year old!) I’ve had so many comments about it when I’ve been out and about.
I’ve also had a great experience with customer service when I had a bit of an issue with my rockit. Communication was quick and my issue was resolved without a problem

We initially bought the Rockit Rocker and the Wooshh when our second daughter was born. Both products have been essential in our day to day life. From rocking the pushchair while we ate a restaurant, to keeping the pushchair moving whilst we stopped to rest on a walk, it has been a life saver. Although small, the Wooshh has been the best thing we ever bought. It is impressively loud and conveniently portable. Despite the Wooshh malfunctioning nearly a year later, I was able to contact the customer support team with my issue who were so polite and helpful. I sent videos and pictures of the issue, and in less than 48 hours we had a new Woosh arrive in the post. I couldn’t believe how quickly it had been resolved! We thought we were going to go days, if not weeks (because of Christmas) without a sound machine which would have been awful as our 1 year old uses it for her naps every day! What a brilliant customer support team and company! Highly recommend.

The functional part of the product is great and does what it is supposed to do. Rock your baby and ensure great sleep. However, it sucks the life out of batteries in matter of days. After 3 days it is barely rocking anymore. I wish i had bought the rechargable one instead, because it is very costly to buy batteries all the time.

Edit after 14 days: the suggestion of ensuring the rockit device is pointing upwards aswell as mounting it as far out on the stroller handle as possible is already what i've been doing. Also having it on the lowest possible power in which the stroller was rocking the most is also how i've been using it. I've now tried several other brands of alkaline AA batteries to no avail. Sure the device will still turn on 14 days after, but after 3 days i can barely see it rocking the stroller anymore. I am dissapointed about having to keep buying new batteries, which honestly will probably leave the Rockit to just collect dust at this point. Spending all that money on batteries aswell as having to screw it open, change it and screw it back on is not worth the trouble.

We love the products from this amazing company. They are so clever, unique and worth every penny.
We use the rocker on our pushchair every time we go out the house and we have been able to settle both of our babies enough to enjoy a meal out and they enjoy a nice snooze!
The Zed man is genius and helps our baby to sleep at night. Unfortunately we had a fault with our Zed which has been rectified immediately by the company and they have sent us a new one. I am thrilled!

We will definitely purchase from this company again and recommend it to all our friends!

The Rockit has been a life saver for us. We had it attached to our bed side crib to soothe our baby back to sleep at night. When we moved him to the crib we were worried it wouldn’t work as well but it is powerful enough to rock that too! Very impressed.
Ours stopped working unfortunately after 6 months, I contacted Rockitrpcker Support and they were so incredibly helpful. They truly cared and I sent it away to be repaired and it was back with me working within a few days. Highly recommend

Absolutely fantastic company! I received the wrong item today so dropped customer service a quick email and the response time was so quick and they were so helpful honestly can’t thank them enough! I’m now super excited to use my Rockit for my little girl so I don’t have to eat a cold meal while out again

The customer service is second to none; my Rockit's belt had snapped and as it was just a few months old I knew it was under warranty. Unfortunately, I had lost the details to the Amazon account from which I'd bought the Rockit so I had no proof of purchase handy. But I emailed with the small hope that the company would be able to mend the Rockit as we just find it so handy to have. They said yes! I sent it on the Friday and received it on Wednesday in perfect working order! Absolutely brilliant.

Rockitrocker.com are a great company who reply to email requests very quickly and are always so helpful when it comes to their products. We have 2 of their products (rockitt and wooshh- both excellent products and I would highly recommend from newborn stage). Rockitrocker.com did not hesitate to send us out a new rockitt strap and a new wooshh when we contacted them to say they’re had been minor issues with them both. I can’t rate their customer service highly enough.

Really good product, helped our children get the sleep they needed and we needed. Great customer service and a great ethos in doing their bit for the environment. Top notch.

A godsend of a product. Many a parents arm have now been saved. Keeps my baby sleeping soundly! Now I just need them to make something to vibrate the wooden crib in the same way 😅

I have only great things to say about this company and their items. We originally bought their battery operated Rockit Rocker and used it daily, batteries lasted ages! Then a few months later they launched a rechargeable version, amazing! We bought another as having one for the crib and one for the pram was a MUST! I also bought a spare new bracket and they were reasonably priced and improved. We’ve been happy using our Rockits for nearly 9 months now and I’m really happy with them. Recently one of the new style straps broke ever so slightly and within 24 hours I had a reply with a free replacement on its way out to me. Really incredible products, and absolutely great customer service. What more could you want! Buy the Rockit, you will not regret it…

I'm so dissatisfied with this company,I bought from them in December 2022,I never got my delivery,I sent Emails nlto no response. I bought again early June 2023,still the same pathetic customer service,no communication or whatsoever..your website is also not so easy to browse through..if only I can get my money back I'll be happy.
