Rockit Rocker Avis 160

I'm usually too lazy to write reviews, even though I read hundreds!! However, I'm sat enjoying a lovely, peaceful picnic for the umpteenth day in a row while my baby snoozes peacefully in his pram, thanks to the Rockit! We got it a few months ago, but we didn't get much use out of it until the sun arrived! It is saving me many hours of walking around to keep him asleep. It doesn't work to get him to sleep, but it does keep him asleep which is fantastic! Definitely one of my best baby purchases. I was lucky to get the rechargeable one on an offer and it is perfect.

Brilliant products and excellent customer service. The 1 year warranty is excellent for peace of mind when deciding if to purchase any products. We love the Rockit and couldn't live without it. Keep up the good work!

Finally heard back, and it looks like there was a technical issue with the website, so the replies and potentially tracking information wasn't being send to customers. Coincidentally the order seems to have been lost by Royal Mail. Will wait for it to arrive.

I ordered a spare bracket for Rockit from the official website well over 2 weeks ago and got an order confirmation and was charged for it, but haven't heard anything since. I reached out to customer support twice but received no response.

AMAZING! we’ve got the original rockit, the new rechargeable one and also ZED and they’re all brilliant.
We’ve kept the original one to go on the pushchair and the new one goes on the next to me crib. It’s definitely been a life saver. I’m so glad we got them and I would 100% recommend.

Highly recommend. I have the rechargeable version and I was really impressed with how much it does actually rock the pram. I don’t even need it on the highest setting it works that well. My pram is a silver cross and it still works with additional weight (eg. Shopping) on the pram. Keeps baby snoozing when we stop at the park or get back from a walk and she still needs longer to sleep.

I contacted the Rockit company following an issue I had with my granddaughter’s Rockit. The Rockit had stopped working and I was provided with some trouble trouble shooting actions to follow. Unfortunately, we were still unable to get the Rockit operating. I was asked to return the Rockit for investigation. I was astonished that only two days later I received an email informing me that I would receive a replacement Rockit. We had the Rockit almost a year and it has been brilliant! The baby loved it and we loved it even more.

I would recommend this piece of baby equipment as a must. It’s very reasonably priced, very easy to work and the after sales customer service we received from the Rockit team was excellent. My initial email was answered right away and any follow up instructions were clear, concise and extremely helpful. The service is customer orientated, helpful, very fair and very efficient. Thank you Rockit!!!!!!

Bought the Rockit today as baby has started to fall to sleep when out in the pram (a revelation) so wanted when I got back from short walks use it to keep baby asleep as when we stop moving/rocking the pram she wakes up.
Used the Rockit when got home with Duracell batteries and it hardly moves our pram. We have the silver cross coast and it rocks the handle but can’t feel it where she lays. Really disappointed and feel it’s a waste of £40 - if I could return it to where we bought it I would!

First problem is that it operates on 4 x AA batteries and they don’t last long - cost us more than nappy’s at one stage!!! Second problem is that the device makes a loud knocking sound (it has a weight inside that spins) that disrupts the baby - totally defeats the purpose of the device!

Since the little one passed 8 weeks old this Rockit has really helped get him down for his daytime naps (in the pram). We tried before 4 weeks but he wasn’t a fan of the pram yet so it was too early.

We have a bugaboo bee6 and I have struggled to tighten the bracket completely flat against chassis (I think due to the chassis size) but it still works.

Absolutely brilliant product. And fantastic customer service. I had an issue with the rockit after a few months. They replaced it within days and had brilliant communication. Which was helpful as we use the product frequently everyday!

We love the Rockit and Whoosh. They have been such great pieces of kit and have been very much used and loved since we welcomed our little boy into the world. The Whoosh has a great compact design and we love how it’s rechargeable. I panicked a few weeks ago thinking my Rockit had broken. I emailed the customer service team and they replied very quickly with a host of helpful advice. We love supporting your small business!

Waste of money. Bought the rockit as well as their other product that supposed to imitate car vibration so you can put it in a cot, both completely useless as the rocking effect is so weak even on the highest setting so really made zero difference to our baby. Perhaps our is so sturdy (mamas and papas ocarro) that it is too weak to rock it, but would have expected smth a lot stronger to work on every pram. The cot vibration one is even more useless. Would not recommend to waste money on this.

We bought the rockit for our 3rd child and it’s been amazing! I remember wishing something would rock the buggy for me with the first two and here it is! All our friends with older kids are very impressed 😊
After loving the rockit we also purchased the woosh - all our kids have loved white noise and it’s especially helpful in a noisy house with older siblings. I was concerned about using my phone daily for white noise due to electric magnetic fields. Woosh is compact and chargeable so an excellent solution. We had an issue with the charging on our first Woosh and within a day the product was replaced. Cannot fault the customer service 👍🏻

Superb product. After a month of near continuous use it developed a fault (these things happen). I contacted customer services and the response was incredible. Issue clearly explained and steps on how to check myself. This was straightforward and saved me sending the product off.
Couldn’t speak highly enough of this product or the after sales team.

The Rockit has been a lifesaver for us as new parents, leaving us hands free to enjoy a much needed break when our little one is asleep in his pram: it has saved many a lunch out as well as being a godsend during an early patch when our son would only fall asleep in the evening when being rocked in his pram. Highly recommend!

Great products, and fantastic customer service. 10/10. A small motor issue was fixed and replaced within 24 hours of contacting the company I literally had a new working product - couldn’t be happier.
As a third time mum I was hesitant at trying another product aimed at helping sleep but no regrets at all! Got a rockit and a zed - both do what they say on the tin and work! Yes they use batteries and a rechargeable option would be great in the future. Can’t recommend enough.

I absolutely love this company! I brought the Rockit and it’s fab! It’s great for going for dinner or for a coffee that I don’t have to sit and rock the pram the whole time, the Rockit does it for me! I then brought the Zed which again is perfect! It mimics the movement of a car so perfect for getting the little one to sleep. AND THEN I found the Wooshh!!! Oh my goodness, best £20 I have ever spent!! I have found that a lot of the white noise stuff can sound really tinny and quite frankly should be in a horror film! This is soooo nice!! I love all of the sounds but the cat purr is my little ones fave! Amazing company with amazing products. Oh the customer service team are so helpful and lovely too! Big shout out to Matt who helped me out when our Wooshh strap broke! Thank you!

The Customer service I have received was phenomenal.
My issue was resolved very quickly.

We’ve only been parenting for 6 weeks and the Rockit has genuinely been a game changer. Our daughter goes off to sleep with it and stays asleep! Customer service was fantastic too!

The Rockit is a God-send. We had an issue with it, which was quickly fixed with a spare part. Great customer service.
