Rubbish customer service! After 3 weeks of emails and stupid questions (like is the battery charged?) ( note my wife send videos showing battery charge , filter fitted etc...) the decide that they want battery back for testing, we decide whuold be quicker and more pratical to send all vacuum to be tested as definitely notting wrong with the battery. They found out that the vacuum was faulty ,they refund the money but not a apology not a choice to send me another one. Missing the basic of costumer service.

Ordered from them, came in a moderately timely manner. Due to terrible handling by the courier i was missing everything but the machine itself. Contacted them to rectify and they sent out all the missing parts. Due to using a sub par courier service this took 10 days to arrive. Very Happy with the response and rectification by the company, the people they use for deliveries however are useless.

Jetwasher ordered ordered on the 6th June and was 'despatched' nearly a week ago. The track and trace showed its arrival at my local depot who held it for 4 days. Just checked this morning and it is now telling me it's been returned to a previous depot with a red X and 'collected' by the item. Incredibly poor customer service as my enquiries are not being returned by either Rockwood or the carrier.

Great service from Rockford, I ordered my power washer last Saturday the 1st and it was processed on Monday and had it delivered on Tuesday 4th . Now that is a good service👍🏻 today I filled the engine with the required amount of Oil and filled the tank and pulled the cord and away I went. Brilliant. I have to say I was very happy with the pressure, I have a very large slabbed patio area in my back garden and we live next to a large Forrest so the slabs get very grimy over the winter but the new power washer was a treat. It took me less than half the time to clean it than what it did with my old power washer. Very happy. The only thing I would say is, I feel the lance is a bit short but to be fair I haven’t checked to see if Rocwood do an extended lance for. So far so good👍🏻. Cheers guys

Machine was damaged, starter electrics casing was broken off.

The trolly was good solid construction fairly easy to fold and unfold, also it arrived well packed on time and in perfect condition, thanks R van-Schepdael.

The box and packaging were very good, but I got the feeling that the box had been sealed a second time. The grey enamel showed a little sign of chipping. Just gave me the feeling that it had been returned and re-sold. Perfectly workable.
The second one had solid packaging but also showed some chips on the enamel.
I now notice that the lock on the first one is a bit stiffer than the second.
It is a great product that is very easy to use, is solidly built and looks a good deterrent.
Should be 5 stars but for issues with the enamel.

I recently had cause to contact Rocwood concerning a faulty strimmer, the strimmer worked fine for quite awhile then a fault occurred, after emailing them I received an immediate response from Kurtis who dealt with my complaint efficiently and courteously, the out come of which was a new strimmer, I can highly recommend this company and Kurtis is a credit to them

The pressure washer I purchased packed up after 7 months with a seized pump after only a few uses. I had to return the pressure washer and was waiting for a new one to be sent out but Rocwood just processed a refund of original price paid because it was cheaper than sending a new pressure washer.
There aren't any telephone numbers on website or paperwork to speak to anybody and the communication by email was short and unprofessional and not helpful.
Do not buy from this company.

Instructions absolutely useless. Too small.
No info about plastic clips that connect cable to handle
No info how to or when to attach cable switch
Instructions say to put cable hook on UPPER handle which is WRONG
WHAT are we to do with the cable ties attached to the rake underneath?
What is the grey knob that i have left for?
Website useless as no manual and no video of this Scarifier.

I haven’t received my order yet but the sales team were very helpful and sorted out my order very quickly.
