I ordered my reconditioned jet wash on the Monday and promptly on the Tuesday it was delivered brilliance but it was delivered in a tati box which had been taped over and over again when I opened the box it was just a mess they say that the products are serviced by their engineers do not trust them it was missing parts and it has never been serviced and plastics where cracked I have sent numerous emails to the company they are meant to be sending me out the parts still waiting very hard to get all of this company as they do not give a phone number I will never use them again as you made the point of not having enough stuff to manage the phones you don't even have the stuff to service your products which you state that you do and in this day and age when people are dyslexic and cannot use emails that easily you would think that you would try to help people with this problem I have to talk type and sometimes when I do this it does not come out right so it is quite embalancing all I wanted was to pay money and get a product that was in good working order and all the parts were there if it had it been checked and serviced before sent out we would not be in this predicament

We received a returned damaged item even had the returns note inside and it was not banded you could see that labels had been taken off the box. Not impressed so far they have collected the item but still waitingfor replacement or fullrefund

The worst cheapest made pressure washer ever, bought it new and and used it 6 times tops and the pull cord the plastic has shattered. Stay away from this cheaply made product. Now they want me to buy the part to fix it. There a joke

As per there poor response, yes it may be out of warranty but yes it cheaply made as you would expect to be able to use it more than 6 times before you have to purchase spares.

I got an email from Rocwood on Monday 29th July asking me to review my purchase; I was expecting them to get in touch as the pressure washer arrived on Friday 26th with the packaging in a terrible state.
I first looked for a phone number for them, I couldn’t find one so I sent them an email with a photo of the damage asking them if I should return it or open it and check to see if it was damaged. I also gave them my phone number. Sadly there has been no response.

Unhelpful reply that highlight terrible customer service.
Let’s look at your reply.
1. “you emailed after hours on Friday” Sent at 14.49, what time do you finish?
2. “We do not have a phone.” Why?
3. “We did not see fit to answer your first message as the packaging was only shown to be damaged on the original message which does not affect the product.” WOW, HOW CONDICENDING IS THAT?
There wasn’t a ‘first’ message, there was only one message from a new customer that had just spent £270.00 and concerned about possible damage, even the delivery driver was concerned about the badly damaged packing and was prepared to take it back.
4. “. We responded to you when the actual product was damaged.” That is a lie, you have only what you call the first email the only one I sent.

So there it is guys, you spend your money and they decide if they will bother to reply to genuine concerns.
As to 1. I will answer it for him/her/they. From their web site. Our office hours are 8am-5pm Monday to Friday.
As to 2. I’m beginning to understand why they don’t want contact with their customers.
As to 3. How damming is their response.
As to 4. Why would they say that? They first said they didn’t reply as it was only the packing that was damaged, exray eyes? Now here is the strange part. As I have said the first email was the only one sent with no response from them I can only conclude that it is an attempt to make out that they found out it was damaged and they responded to show the company in a better light.
To conclude, I had to leave a negative response here to get a reply from Rocwood. Fingers crossed the product hopefully will fine, will I buy from this company again? Not until it treats its customers with the respect they deserve.

I purchased a refurbished cordless hedge trimmer ,only to have the order cancelled the following day ,saying it was too expensive to post ,I stay in Edinburgh btw hardly the Hebrides 😂I would’ve thought being informed of this strange anomaly at the point of purchase may have been helpful,so I still have no answer as too can they ever send anything up here or is that it 😂😂just an honest review btw

I bought a cordless power washer and for 49.99 I wasnt expecting much but I am gobsmacked by the quality of the product, its fabulous, get one you wont regret it, the battery charger stopped working but it was replaced without any fuss, 1 email, I also bought a garden cart and thats great quality too, wouldnt hesitate to use them again

When you buy an inexpensive pressure washer it normally is impossible to get spare parts . Through no fault of rocwood mine broke through ice damage over winter . Summer came i pulled it out to use it, and there was a large hole in the pump . Rocwood didn’t give me the part as fast as I would have like but ….. they did come through and I really appreciate that .

The washer is value for money and they can provide the spare parts - that’s a win win .

I ordered a 8 litre air compressor, packing was very good, only problem was the air hose, split at one end, and arrived in a very shabby box, looks like you have just thrown any old bits in. On requesting a replacement, and supplying proof of damage, a email asked if I was happy with a new hose, that would be great I replied, 1 week on. Nothing! Great service, thanks.

Speedy, efficient service.

I fixed the grass box no problem if you start from the back to front. I have had issue with one of screws to fix handle to body doesn't seem to line up. I think the height adjustment for cutting is very fiddly my other lawnmower just had a handle to raise and lower wheels. Also the pictures in manual need brightening as it just looks like a black blob not at all clear.

Arrived Friday. Didn't work 😪.
Company aims to respond to emails within 48hrs. Not impressed

Easy purchase, quick response hassle free. Definitely reccommend them.

Fantastic service

Ordered a refurbished trolley jack, on delivery found the jack to be damaged and unable to be used. Courier arranged to collect and then didn't hear anything. After 8 days I sent an email requesting an update, update was sorry we don't have anymore in stock we will refund you.

I asked whether a new unit could be supplied (around £40 more expensive) it was but they'd charge me the difference. No offer to try and resolve my disatfication of being without something I needed for over two weeks. Poor.
