Kudos to Nurture Pest Control Team

After trying so many products in the market, I nearly got overwhelmed by pests until Nurture Pest Control Team swang into action. LIAM was exceptionally good - very friendly,professional and thorough. He revisited as promised with plans for other followup visits to see
to the end of the infestation. Job still ongoing but so far, so good. Very very impressed with Nurture Pest Control management.

Incredible service

Incredible service! Morgan visited my home 3 times and I’m pleased to say my unwanted guests have now all gone.

Yahya recently helped us with a 10-year…

Yahya recently helped us with a 10-year mice problem that had turned into rats, after years of other companies just putting down traps and bait with no real solution. He actually took the time to find the root cause—openings in the building that were letting rats in through the sewage pipes—and pushed for proper action, which no one had done in over 15 years. He was so reassuring, kept checking in, and genuinely cared about getting this sorted. We finally feel at peace in our home again, especially for my kids and elderly mother. Honestly such a lovely person who goes above and beyond instead of just giving lip service.

Yaya!

We had a mice problem and called pest control for help. We were told they were going to come and put bait down in all places and follow up with another appt. We were amazed at how much Yaya done without us needing to tell him. He literally checked all the crevices of the house to make sure all possible entry points were covered and sealed. He looked around the house, inside cupboards and told us what needed to be done further. To our surprise, we had an ongoing issue that we didn’t know of which he noticed and told us the necessary next steps. In every visit, he showed nothing but support and care. He reassured us in every visit and told us that everything will be okay as he will do his best to do everything he can and he absolutely did that and more! I couldn’t have been more happier with his services and he even checked up on us to see that we were getting the necessary help. This is more than anyone else would do and I am so grateful that we had Yaya work with us. Absolute brilliant service! We are very much reassured and much more stress free now. Thank you so much, Yaya!

Rat infestation NURTURED, not controlled.

Nurture Pest Control are the pest control company of the White Lion Pub in Selling. The pub has a rat infestation which is spreading to the surrounding houses - my mother lives next door and her garden is being constantly broken into and electrical wires chewed by the rats from the pub. This has all happened while Nurture has been their contracted pest control company. The ineffective treatments by Nurture have, it seems, only encouraged the breeding of the rats - there are more now than ever. On their watch - the infestation has grown and is now out of control. What a waste of money and time using this company who, despite coming every week for some months, have failed to contain the rat infestation at the pub.

Yaya. He was very helpful and sealed up all entry points he found. He was also very kind and friendly during our experience and reassured us that mice would no longer be our issue.

Experienced rude staff member

We had an awful experience with one of their employees, who had parked in our private allocated parking space on our driveway. After being asked politely, he point-blank refused to move out of our private driveway over to the available public parking across the road.

The driver swore, telling me to **** off. The driver remained sitting in their van - on our driveway - for another 10 minutes to “finish their report” before eventually driving away, laughing.

Rude, unprofessional, incredibly bad customer service.

We were dealing with mice for so long & it was driving us crazy! We called contractors & all they would do would put traps down that didn’t catch anything but one day Yaya came from pest control and looked for the root cause rather than just laying traps down. He was so helpful and took his time with explaining where he thought the mice were entering through. If it wasn’t for him, we would’ve still been losing our minds trying to get rid of them. He took his time to explain everything and always kept us posted with what his plans were. He’s an absolute star!

Insulting

Said he was local when i called to see how long he would be as some time had passed about 45min and he said he was on a bus i knew they wasn't going to do anything today this was at about 15:30 when he come he was rude about my house, he said i have mice because my house is messy i have two toddlers my house is clean but messy on the day and i didn't realise mice like to play with kids toys. Pulled out washing machine some dust obviously but nothing. No droppings left he left no traps, poison or sicky pads. My kick board in kitchen are fixed so he didn't want to remove them. said it was a bigger job. He stood outside q while i left him then he left. I have a cat that is constantly on gard they dont come in the house the house was built badly and bins at back of house dont help. This company is useless please dont use unless u want to be insulted.

TheCTE HAVE investigated the theft from…

TheCET HAVE investigated the theft from my house but cannot do anything except not use the firm again for insurance company’s I suppose that’s something but police still going to investigate the individual who attended to see if it’s happened before or if he does it again

Their costs are extreme

Their costs are extreme, the attendant spends 55-57 seconds per visit. WE HAVE to point out areas to check - total rubbish. Along with having to give 3 months notice, who do they think they are !!!!!

Great Service and fantastic Technicians at Rokill

We use Rokill as our pest control service for our company. I have no complaints with the service we are given, I have a great relationship with the technician "Lee.C" and Field biologist "Lilli.M", both of them work extremally hard to accommodate our needs and any issues with occur. The company are very professional and trustworthy.

I have used previous pest companies before and Rokill are by far the most reliable, knowledgeable and care for their customers.
