Summer Fjord cruise was really…
Summer Fjord cruise was really enjoyable with MV Ambience. The excursions were very interesting with a wide range of guides who were knowledgeable and amusing. The food whether in the restaurant or self service in the borough market was excellent, I enjoyed the freshly baked rolls and bread items along with really delicious food in a perfectly sized portions. Friendly helpful crew, excellent entertainment and interesting talks to attend. I really enjoyed the cocktails before dinner. Our Norwegian skipper was very friendly and spoke to us every day with his native knowledge was interesting. It was his last cruise before retirement. Well done.

It all started really well but descended into a chaotic lack of communication
It all started really well when I booked. It has become a bit of a shambles. They can take weeks to answer basic questions and have got them wrong a number of times. I ended up contacting companies and hotels to get the simple information myself, having waited over 4 weeks for an answer.
I have put in 2 complaints, which have not even been acknowledged, let alone received any action. Promised calls from a manager have not materialised.
We haven't travelled yet on our very expensive package. I am worried about the chaotic lack of communication of this company. Maybe this review will provoke a response?

Be wary of this company
Be wary of this company. Received brochure and rang for quote, got quote said I would ring back shortly.
When I rang back I repeated her quote £5099pp
, she said she would reconfirm availability.
She came back and said price was slightly higher and the new price was £6499 per person an increase of £1400 per person. She was adamant that it was the correct price.
So I would be very wary of using this company, as they advertise cheap prices then alter quotes by £2800.
A very disgruntled ex customer.
Your response is utter rubbish. The increase was for the same date, the same cabin grade, and within 30 mins so your response does not fit with what happened.

The lead price featured in our brochure was accurate when the brochure was signed off on 21/09/2026 and related to a specific sailing date and availability at that time. As cruise fares are subject to availability and can fluctuate based on departure date, cabin category, and demand, prices can change between an initial enquiry and a subsequent booking request.
In this instance, the fare available when you called back related to different availability and/or a different sailing date than the lead price advertised, resulting in a higher fare. We understand this was disappointing.

We did a package from ROL ,including COSMOS GOURMET ITALY ... and Sun Princess. the cruise part and ROL pickups were perfect.. The COSMOS part was appalling .. a disgrace.
