I was very pleased to receive my belts after delays with their delivery.
My only suggestion regarding choosing one's waist size is to make allowances if you wear mid rise jeans and go for a bigger size. I purchased a jeans belt but it only fits high rise waist jeans! Hannah was a star in keeping me informed and I will recommend Roma to all my friends as they are quality belts.
Although there was a mix up with the order, the team at Roma were amazing at getting a new belt out the next day. The belt is excellent quality and will last years as my other one has.

As Royal Mail were on postal strikes Friday and Saturday it obviously got held up at the depot during this time. Order filled promptly. Belt just as I hoped/expected. Arrived in good time.
Here is why. I ordered 2 of their handmade Classic Plaited trouser belts and because they felt their response, owing to the remaking of their website was a tad delayed, Hannah, my guardian angel, emailed me with a £20 refund off my order! When Hannah’s parcel arrived from Roma Leather, I immediately saw how beautifully they were made but also that I had been a complete klutz and had ordered the wrong waist size despite clear instruction on their website. Was that a problem for Roma Leather? Not a bit of it. Hannah, who throughout kept in touch by email, took the klutz in hand and on receipt of the returned belts, had new ones made by hand to my waist size and again sent out her parcel fee of charge. That is the very best of British manufacture and the very best of British customer service.

Have ordered my first belt from Roma and I’m so pleased with the service and quality. I purchased the casual brown belt it arrived quickly as promised. Internet page was easy to use.
