Ronster Rides Went Above and Beyond

We had a small issue with the delivery at first, but the team at Ronster Rides truly went above and beyond to resolve it. Their customer service was outstanding and they made sure everything was handled quickly and professionally.

We ended up receiving the bikes just in time for my son’s birthday, which made the moment even more special. The bikes themselves are fantastic—beautifully built, high quality, and a joy to ride.

We are extremely happy with our purchase and very grateful for the care and attention Ronster Rides showed throughout the process. Highly recommended!

Ronster Rides Talaria Komodo

I bought the Talaria Komodo and its flipping awesome! At the get go they said it would arrive around 2 weeks. It ended up getting to TX in 12 days. People kinda freak out because they don't communicate the buying process very good. Everyone likes "updates" and they don't do that. However, if you email them they respond the next day, and MOST IMPORTANTLY do what they say and get you the bike when they say you'll get it. We all just need patience, and I'm no exception. We live in a society where everyone wants what they want immediately (reason Convenient Stores are successful). Not everything works that way though. Gotta have patience and wait for excellence!

Still waiting on the battery with no communication from company.

Ordered the Rizzler for the big (and really only) Christmas gift for our son. We ordered in time for them to “guarantee before Christmas delivery.” We received the bike but the battery comes separate (for safety concerns, which we understand). Still haven’t received the battery. No tracking for battery. One generic email response how the battery is “shipped separately and can arrive 1-3 days before or after the bike.” So we paid $2200 for a bike shaped stool at this point. My frustration is because of the lack of communication and no phone number to reach out to.

Bait and switch delivery and zero communication

Ordered a bike for a Christmas present. Ordered in time according to the website as well as their lead time and confirmation email. Every communication stated delivery of 12/22. It didn’t arrive yet and now UPS says 12/29. Since there is no phone number, I’ve emailed the company 4 times in the past week and have gotten no reply. Shipping was about $300 - we spent around $2400 for what was supposed to be the best Christmas gift ever. Instead we are going to have a very disappointing Christmas. The worst part is that no one will respond to me.

Got a Bonnell 775 MX from Ronster…

Got a Bonnell 775 MX from Ronster Rides. The bike was VERY delayed, but that wasn't because Ronster Rides. It was a supply and delay issue from Bonnell. RR did the right thing and kept in routine communication (thanks, Hayden). After about the 3rd month of delays, they refunded the shipping cost. I didn't ask for that, but it was the right thing to do. Good business. The bike came and my son is over the moon.

My son is VERY happy with this bike. He was a Surron rider, starting with a Light Bee and then onto the Ultra Bee. In our area, the police really cracked down on the Sur Ron bike-type and, though he was not a wild rider and always wore full protection, he was stopped and told he would lose his bike and even be banned from driving until he was 21 if he was caught riding again. We got this bike and the police (currently) have no issue with this. He just "pedals by" them and waves - and they wave back. Beyond that, tons of power, very light and we are soon going to test the off-road capability by going trail riding. For me as a mountain bike rider, I'm super impressed with the suspension and brakes. I also like the twist throttle as opposed to the more common thumb throttle. It's fantastically light when considering it has a motor and a big battery, so this is quite nimble - way beyond a Sur Ron. Power is impressive, just due to power to weight ratio. Torque and speed up to 30 mph is equivalent to his modified Sur Ron. Tops out at 35 or so, but in truth for his needs this is perfect.

I recently ordered a Bonnel 775mx from…

I recently ordered a Bonnel 775mx from ronster rides in June, 6. I asked if they could charge my Venmo Debit card 2 times. They said no because they were a new company, no big. So I finally put purchase on a different credit card. Credit card was approved through my credit card company but unbeknownst to me Ronster Rides cancels my order saying they need a picture id with same address on credit card which I provided all this took extra time.
Total pain but finally made purchase for 1st batch of August preorders. Bikes come in August and they tell me sorry we don’t have a bike for you.
I had expressed to them earlier in the process that I was upset with them about needing to provide a picture id. I felt like they were just messing with me. In the end they gave me a refund, but cost me a lot of headache and trouble I feel deliberately. It was a horrible business experience.
If I would have ordered from a different vender at that time I would have gotten a bike in September. I am now waiting for November bike through another vendor.

The worst customer service ever

The worst customer service ever. It works through email only and it takes days to get an answer back. We purchased a bike for our son at $2500. Upon arrival and putting it together we plug the charger in and it doesn’t work. We contact Ronster and it takes days to get an answer back and they ask for video of it not working we send it and it takes days for another answer and they answer back with they need us to plug something g else in the socket to make sure it works, see you kidding me. We do so and it takes days for another answer answer. It’s now two weeks my son gets to look at this bike in the garage and can’t ride it. We then go and order and pay 150 for another charger and it’s now a week and no charger yet. Now the company finally got back to us and said they have to send the claim in to the warranty company. So why can’t they just honor the sale and send us a new charger? We purchased the bike and charger didn’t work and we buy a charger and we haven’t received it now we have to wait longer for a warranty company to get the claim and decide on the outcome. Don’t buy from this company. I’m not sure how long it takes other ppl to make $2,500 but I work hard for my money. Not to mention it is cruel to make a kid wait this long. Bad customer service. The worst I’ve ever dealt with.
