Sundsvalls sjukhus så har sån fin personal, det är bara synd , att dom högsta cheferna inte kan inse detta .

"Rontgen" kruopščiai atrenka projektus, į kuriuos investavau, nors ir turiu jau kelis metus 1-ą vėluojantį projektą, tačiau "Rontgen" kolektyvas deda visas pastangas, kad projektas būtų įvykdytas ir lėšos grąžintos. Visada gaunu aiškius ir greitus atsakymus į savo pateiktus klausimus. Linkiu kolektyvui sėkmės ir toliau leisti mums investuoti į gerus projektus

Platforma Rontgen naudojuosi jau 2 metus. Per šį laikotarpį darbas vyko sklandžiai, sistema veikia patikimai.
Ypač vertinu sklandų bendravimą – į klausimus ir prašymus reaguojama greitai ir profesionaliai, suteikiama aiški ir konkreti informacija. Per visą naudojimosi laikotarpį nebuvo jokių nesusipratimų ar neišspręstų situacijų, todėl jaučiuosi saugiai ir užtikrintai naudodamasi šia platforma.

Great experience with Röntgen – professional and transparent team
I recently discovered the Röntgen platform and decided to give it a try. I was really impressed that I could find clear answers to all my questions directly on their website — the information is well-structured and easy to understand. I started investing without hesitation, and everything has been running smoothly.
When I had an additional question, I contacted them by email and received a quick and very detailed response, not only about my specific inquiry but also regarding applicable government taxes and their rates. In my opinion, the team are true professionals in their field.

Надежная платформа.Класика —небольшие проценты(6-9) но и риск минимален.(А,В).Работаю с ней с 2021 г.ни одного невозврата.Выплаты вовремя.Работает с рынком который знает и (скорее всего) встречается с каждым заемщиком, отсюда и стабильность.Общение и помощь вовремя и доброжелательно. Вывод и декларирование средств без проблем.Минус нет аутоинвеста.Принципиально платформа достойна внимания и инвестирования.

Low risk reward ratio
Invested in Rontgen since 2022. I was mainly focused on the projects with low risk A and A+.
Everything went well unless I invested in Garda Group which went bankrupt in 2024
I still have 3 investments in `Garda Group` which marked as Late but should be be in Default/Recovery.
Rontgen provided descent updates till March 2025.
And after that there is no updates and this disappoints a lot,
Also Rontgen took property under their management there is not late interest for the investors.
All interest I earned in 2 years is stuck in defaulted project.
Can't recommend it despite a lot of positive reviews.

Thank you for sharing your experience. First of all, we would like to emphasize that the asset was transferred to our off-balance sheet in order to protect it from the bankruptcy of the developer's company and the related additional administrative costs. It also helped prevent repeated foreclosure auctions, in which the asset would have been offered at only 60% of its market value.
We share updates about project progress whenever we have any material news. For instance, on July 3rd, we announced the resolution of a long-standing issue that had concerned residents of the district — the connection to the city’s water supply and sewage system. More recently, on June 18th, we shared the latest news about the start of the property sale process.
The current situation is that the apartment sales for this project have officially launched. This marks the final stage of realizing the pledged asset. Once buyers are secured, notarial agreements can be signed without delay. The first property viewings are already underway.
We understand that this situation requires patience. At the same time, we firmly believe that the efforts being made are essential to selling the pledged asset at the highest possible price, in order to protect the interests of our investors.

Komanda sekmingai atrenka projektus ir, nors mokamos palukanos nera didziausios rinkoje, bet jos mokamos laiku ir nera jokiu pradelsimu. O tai, mano manymu, yra svarbiausia siais neramiais laikais. Multiple years of finest experience
They've built trust within me, thus I simply stopped looking at their competitors for alternatives. Very good communication, good attitude to clients and most importantly - a fine balance in project selection. I feel that they do really good work in checking situation before agreeing to start funding. No profit chasing, but rather stress on reliability and security of investor money. In case of issues with projects (and they are rare) communication and solutions applied were beyond expectations. I'm totally happy customer.
