A year ago a mate recommended the store…
A year ago a mate recommended the store to buy a second hand phone. The staff politely and honestly recommended Samsung 9 for what I was going to use it for. I am very satisfied with it and love it. A few week's ago the battery began to drain rapidly so I got them to replace the battery. The issue continued so they replaced the USB port free of charge while loaning me a replacement phone . All the staff are professional and honest which I highly respect. I'll continue to shop with Phonebot!

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Great prices, they fixed my phone under warranty after 5 months, quite satisfied with their service. Would highly recommend if someone wants to buy a used phone.

Pristine condition used Samsung phone
I bought a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra from their website. Customer service over the phone was very helpful and polite. The phone itself was in excellent even Like new condition which amazed me a lot and I am very happy with it.
