Bought my roofbunk xl august have omly used it twice over night and days out as the weather in wales has been awful lol but i highly recommend roofbunk because of its quality , after looking at other top named brands this really was a seller and the customer service was over and beyond thank you pete for the service and great product . Customer service here is brilliant. We went to look at the roof tents before purchasing one, weren't rushed or pressured, and eventually bought the XL. The tent is great, easy to put up, and really cosy and comfy inside!

Pete has been amazing and continues to be amazing long after purchase. He is very knowledgeable and passionate and is more than happy to help with anything he can. The product is incredible, we have the Roamer, it’s an investment but worth every penny, we use it at any opportunity we can. Would highly recommend RoofBunk to anyone, it’s a game changer! The experience was seamless. From the items description, thru to ordering and delivery.

After spending many hours researching to find the perfect rooftop tent for my family, we contacted Pete at Roofbunk. We had a few questions about compatibility with our vehicle, which were answered within an hour or so if sending the initial message.

Ordering was easy, and shipping was arranged at a time that was convenient for us to receive the very large package. The delivery was made by a friendly and helpful driver, and help was given to get the tent into our garden.

The tent was well packed and easy to set up from the box, with a few parts to bolt together for the initial set up. Once everything was put in place, it was easy to lift on the roof of our car (volkswagen multivan), and get it fixed into place.

We purchased the extra condensation mattress and easily installed it under the main mattress. The included light was a nice touch, and gives plenty of light.

After a couple of practice attempts to put the tent up, we were ready to roof camp.

We're a family of four, two tall adults and two very tall teenagers, and we fit comfortably in the tent to get good night's sleep. We have spent a total of about 20 nights in the tent so far while travelling around the UK and driving back to our home in Sweden.

We've compared the build quality to other tents and we're extremely happy that we chose Roofbunk. We've slept in +30°c, +7°c, heavy rain, strong wind, and have always had a good nights sleep. We're a family that camps regularly throughout the year, and being raised off the ground is so much more comfortable that our old traditional tent, and saves lots of time from pitching, blowing up airbeds, etc...

If you're in the market for a rooftop tent, buy a roofbunk and get out exploring. You wont regret it. It's good value for money, great quality and makes family adventures more enjoyable.

5 Stars for Roofbunk - Everything about our purchase was a breeze. Pete runs every aspect of the business himself, he’s incredibly responsive to questions and queries, flexible for fitting and it’s clear he knows what he’s talking about.

The quality of the tent is top class and you can tell that it’s been made and designed by someone that actually uses a roof tent themselves which maximises its usability.

I got in touch with Pete about buying one on a Saturday, bought it on the Sunday and Pete fitted it for me on the Monday which is first class service. He helped me adjust my roofbars to get them bang on and then explained every detail of the workings of the tent, how to remove it fully and reinstall it should you need to.

Pete is also really keen to make sure he’s available for customer aftercare and is almost always contactable for any follow up questions you might have once you’ve used the tent a few times. This is invaluable as there a quite a few well known companies who have let their customer service and quality slip as the business has grown - which certainly isn’t the case for Roofbunk.

Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of getting a roof top tent!

Family of four, delighted with our Roof Bunk purchase. We've used it on about five separate occasions since buying it a couple of months back. Communication from Pete was excellent through the purchase process. It was easy to install with clear instructions and now it is in place, it only takes minutes to put up and pack away. It's a high quality bit of kit and the kids love it! Some particular positives to note include: 1) near black out darkness inside - especially good with young kids; 2) comfortable mattress; 3) lots of windows for different viewing options; 4) ability to keep some bedding in the tent meaning quicker set-up and extra vehicle space. It's been a game changer for us in terms of making regular overnight trips for family time in the outdoors. Highly recommended!

Really happy with our Roofbunk xl, used 4 or 5 times since buying in May this year. Very good quality and fast to set up and put away. Pete was brilliant with showing us the different models and installation was quick. Can’t recommend enough if looking for a roof tent.

Been looking for rood tent for sometime and ended up find this company. The owner was very helpful and went over everthing with the tent. I have had the tent for about 4 months now and it is amazing and easy to setup and put back. So many added features as well. I would only recommend RoofBunk to everyone that wants great customer service and even better product

Pete gives the most incredible service! My van is dated and he spent the best part of 6 hours fitting my roof bars and the roof bunk for me with no complaint, the work ethic this guy has is insane. The roof bunk itself is absolutely fantastic, we got the explorer XL and it very comfortably fits me, my fiancé and our 2 golden retrievers. The memories will last a lifetime and it’s such a great price! Could not recommend enough!!
