would have given more star but someone put the wrong address in for my shipping and delayed my order by 3 weeks. but when i called they where quick to fix the problem and had product in 3 days

Received the wrong finish on the product I ordered. I made a phone call and the correct product was shipped out all most immediately.
Things happen is business, it was a simple error, but they took care of it professionally and quickly.

Rude sales staff, very hard to deal with.

Had a problem with the online billing but called the listed number and the staff jumped on it, had the order filled and shipped in record time. Great job.

Great job helping me with questions and ordering product.

The ordering process was a little clumsy, but at the end of the day, I got what I was looking for. Customer Service was top notch, very friendly. Even got a call apologizing for sending the wrong item (got a roof base, but didnt order it). Oh and my cats loved the enormous box the vent shipped in, so that was a good thing too!

They built exactly what I asked for.
It was delivered intact.
We installed it just like we planned on with no issues.

At 2:27 pm CST I called your company at 845-565-7770 in order to purchase your product. I said "Hi! My name is Lee. To whom am I speaking?" Whoever answered did not reply. So I said "I'm just asking your name so I don't have to say 'Hey,you.' " He very rudely informed me he didn't give out his name. Really??? A sales rep??? Well I don't think I want to do business with a company who hires such rude individuals as a sales representative. Unbelievable!!!!

Great products, expensive shipping (about 75% of my order) lengthy wait for manufacture and delivery (5 weeks).

I would never buy from them again. They have a terrible return policy....

Items takes a little time to get they are not in stock. Powder coating is ok for the roof, but are not pretty enough for what they cost.

Products are awesome. Thought the shipping was a bit steep. Still, you cant get vents like this anywhere else, as far as I can tell.

Poor communication. They can not give me an estimated delivery date. It has been a month since I ordered and every week they tell me it should be done by the end of the week. I was excited to try out a new product before replacing 30 old WhirlyBirds but this experience has triggered me to look elsewhere. I cannot image how long it would take for them to make 30 vents.

Real nice product, nicely made. Exactly as described and shipped fast.

Quick delivery and easy install. So far they don't seem to lower the temp much however and they are noisy when it rains so you may want to spray bed liner on the units.
