Easy, Affordable & Exceptional Service!
Deb was awesome — super friendly, genuinely helpful, and absolutely no hard sell. Roomies Storage has a great business model, and the pricing was unmatched for what we needed. Deb set us up with a 3m x 4.5m unit right near the lift, which will make moving everything in and out incredibly easy. Access is simple too — everything runs through the app on your phone, so no codes to remember. They also have a great van available for moving. We didn’t need it this time, but it’s a fantastic option if you’re on a budget and want to keep moving costs down. Thanks Deb!

The lady was a pleasure to deal with ii think her name was Vicky from minchinbury store as she was filling in for the staff at st marys whist they were unable to be there she was extremely easy and friendly made me feel welcome from the start so far it's been a awesome experience

Best place I've ever dealt with for my storage needs. Deb and Josh are the best in the business from enquiring for storage, pricing, understanding certain things etc to confirming everything. Josh even advised me about the first free use of their company van which I am truly grateful as I was moving stuff in straight away. Storage and security
We recently had an issue regarding the exit security door malfunctioning or being tampered with and I am quite pleased with the swift actions from Josh addressing this issue in a timely manner. I look forward to an update on this matter as discussed and would highly recommend his professional establishment to anyone who is looking at having their personal belongings or business merchandise stored within their company.

I’ve started moving my items in today. So impressed so far, the app works well and everything is nice and clean and new, lift works well and plenty of trolleys available to move things. Thank you!

Friendly Staff & Clean unita
Debra was welcoming and showed us around to our unit & also other entrances and exits we could yse. She was super friendly and very informative. The Storage unit is clean and spacious. Love that we can access through our phones.
