Excellent, friendly and professional!
I rented with Rose LM whilst studying for my MSc, and the service was excellent!
When looking for a place to rent, I was lucky to find Rose LM, who helped me find the perfect place. The communication was brilliant as we discussed moving-in and out dates, as well as room options. Upon arrival, I was greeted and moved into the room, which was as seen in the pictures, with no hassle. Their excellent service continued throughout my tenancy. Whenever I had a query, they were quick to respond and take the necessary action.
Rose LM made my renting experience so easy that the property felt like home. I would highly recommend Rose LM to anyone looking to rent in Birmingham!

I've had a brilliant experience with RLM Letting Agents from start to finish. The whole process — from the initial viewing to moving in — was seamless and well-managed. The team at RLM were always friendly, responsive, and professional, and made sure I felt supported every step of the way.
What really impressed me was how efficient and approachable they were. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. It’s clear they genuinely care about both their tenants and landlords.
