Failure to be fair in dealings with homeowners.
Failure to observe obligations as to comprehensive maintenance of common grounds.

Dreadful

Dreadful, absolutely DREADFUL.
They are happy to take your money and provide NO service at all.
In the future i would not go near a property with this company attached to it.
I dont understand how they are still in business!!

We received a demand and possible court…

We received a demand and possible court action for an invoice we had not received which was very upsetting for us but Nicole (client support administrator) was extremely helpful and understanding, explaining the situation and getting it sorted out for us. Well done, Nicole!
