SCAM this company is not good you have…
SCAM this company is not good you have to message them to get your bonus to then 48 hours later if you have not used it be removed. They credited it back to me for another 48 but this is terrible because some people don't use the bonus straight away. STAY CLEAR.
They get away with it because of small print absolutely unacceptable when other sites don't remove your entitled bonus

Made several deposits & withdrawals without issue.
Last transactions were made on 1st September, a few deposits (no issues there!) then 2 withdrawals totally £950….
They then decided they needed to verify me, no problems there as I understand this is a process for a lot of sites once several withdrawals have been made.
I sent over everything that was asked for on 2nd September and was told my account was now verified and withdrawal would be processed by 6pm on 3rd ‘at the latest’
Then on the 3rd? Another email to say they now needed bank statements and payslips for the last 3 months!! I have never been asked for this before and feel very uncomfortable sending these, but as they’re withholding £950 of my money I had no choice.
So I sent them.
Chased an update by email, no response, chased with the live chat, was told I would have a response yesterday afternoon, no response.
Have chased by email another 4 times and had no response, just chased on live chat again, got the same person, Paul, who again just said they’re working on it and I will receive an update ‘shortly’
I have used a lot of online sites and never been asked to provide so much information AFTER they have verified my identity, feel like they’re holding my withdrawal ransom and just looking for any excuse not to pay out my withdrawal.
Please avoid these crooks!!
Will update as to whether I ever actually get the withdrawal!

It has now been a week since the withdrawal was requested and it has still not been processed. They have now suspended my account so I am unable to log in to look at the progress or use their live chat. Have again sent multiple emails which have been ignored and just twice been sent an email template saying my account is suspended.
Also - the put in their response that they’d seen I had responded to their last email but they never acknowledged that email via reply, just on here.
