Good site poor bonuses
The site is easy to use and the games are good. Withdrawl easy and quick. Im just not sure about their bonuses.
I played WW legends for about 300 to 350 spins. I didn't recieve a single bonus. Went on to a diff game and still the same. I got a couple of quid wins here and there but mostly taken back in the next 10 spins or so.
Just doesn't seem to like giving bonuses despite the game.
Which is a let down as it is a good site

Teresa solved my problem yet again in record time
Same issue I have had many times and it gets frustrating when it happens, but few times when I see the name Teresa I know its going to get sorted and sorted fast ,she is so nice and solves any issue in record time which is always appreciated,not that I want issues to happen but if they do I will admit I always go on to chat in the hopes of seeing the name Teresa, let's me know ill be sorted no problem . I'm so impressed right now
I chose the £50 bonus and 100 free spins. After spending £150, I realized I had not received them. I contacted customer service, and an agent named "JAMES" responded by asking me to be patient. After a brief hold (litterly 2 minutes) he replied with an apology for the inconvenience and informed me that he had already credited the bonus and spins to my account. I am surprised at how quickly it was resolved. I anticipated a 24-hour wait, with potential investigation delays, as I had experienced on a previous site, leading me to expect the same here. However, I was mistaken. Thank you, James, for resolving this so quickly and professionally.
