This is my first impression of the site and I will not give them another chance to even prove me wrong. I did the deposit £20 and recieve an £80 bonus for bingo. 42 games of Bingo later and I didn't even win a penny which is absolutely ridiculous. Yet I saw the 3 same people win over ten times. One of them must be up over £1500 by my calculations. I've act never seen anything like it. Also please don't respond with the everything is a game of chance and the random number generator nonsense. What I've just witnessed is ridiculous

Was playing for around 30mins then just stopped...had to log back in but didn't know password that I chose from one suggested by them...did what was asked to reset password but no email was sent...tried several times but nothing, I had around £10 in my balance which I now cannot play...guess I will lose my money....needless to say I won't be going back to that site again...

DO NOT USE. DOESNT PAY OUT
So first off i have deposited way more than i actually won. i understand thats how gambling slots basically works so that bot my main concern. I processed a withdrawal which needed verifying so i had to send all sorts of proof such as id, bank card pics, bank statements, selfies etc. I was told it would take 48 hours for verification and it is almost 4 days later and still no withdrawal. Each time i contact though live chat i am told i will receive an email with an update. Whats this update for, why cant you just release my funds. Then i get an email saying my account is suspended after viewing my bank statement. I reply saying ban me if you want just process my withdrawal. They claim i havent replied to the email of the suspension and thats ehy i havent received my funds. Firstly i had replied, secondly this email has no releavnce to why they cant process my withdrawal. If they fail to do so sharply then i will have to take legal action as they are basically robbing me of my money. appauling !

I had a query with my account. The fault was mine as I didn't read the terms pertaining to bonus funds properly. I spoke with Paul who explained everything to me very clearly and who compensated me some bonus funds as a goodwill gesture. I was very impressed . I'll read the terms more closely in future!

So upset with this site

Honestly I've never been so upset with a company.
I've also been paid out ASAP.
This site has made me jump through every hoop possible. From ID to BENFITS STATMENTS TO BANK STATMENTS FROM COUCIL TAX TO BILLS. TO HOME TENACY AGRREMTNS TO PROOF WITH MY FACE NEXT TO ID TO PROOF OF MY BANK CARDS COVERING MY MIDDLE NUMBERS.
There is nothing they can possibly ask for and yet I'm still waiting on my pending withdrawls.
Please contact the gambling commission community and police as I've never been so upset and stressed.
I will update this If I recieve my withdralws as I did enjoy the site. Just ashamed this experience with them has gone this way as they just holding my withdrawls now.
As an update all my ID and address have been approved my UC has also. So I honestly can't see no more excuses they have.
