Amanda from customer service was very rude, patronising and unhelpful. They fix it so you win just at the end of your bonus money, but you have to wager ridiculous amounts before withdrawing! So i played bonus money won £300 when on my last penny but was told to deposit and spend another £150 before withdrawing! Not worth it for a site that doesn't seem legit and with rude customer experience. Get rid of people like Amanda if you want to make the site worth while!

So they offer a welcome bonus
So they offer a welcome bonus, deposit £20 and receive £80 bonus, sounds great, however what isn't clear is that the bonus is only for 48 hours. Raised it with their customer service and they offered if I deposited again that they will put it back. Only those with a serious bingo issue will be able to get through the bonus in that time, waste of money this site

Still a shoddy site with inconsitent priced games off and on. Bonus's locked up in spins and not able to use on bingo. Having to half a bingo game and now use the rest on a deadass slot game. Massive money grab. Had 2 tabs open. Clicked the promotion to deposit and get 150 free spins, another tab I happened to do a free spin game and got 20 free spins if I deposit. Using the promotion 150 spins tab I deposited and came out with 20 spins. Sigh.

Absolute joke of a site you deposit…
Absolute joke of a site you deposit 20.00 get a bonus of 80.00, I end up raising this to 149.00 go on the next day and everything has disappeared, apparently this is their protocol according to their not so useful chat person. I understand that you can’t withdraw this money and you should be able to play it, but to actually take your account to zero is an absolute joke. I will be taking this to the gamblers commissioner and resolver. They get you under false pretences. My advice don’t log up to this site to be ripped off!! What is more frustrating reading other reviews from the 26th November someone in the same position as me had there’s put back as a goodwill gesture

if you play slots on bonus rolls given, any winnings can’t be transferred to playing bingo. If you win when using part bonus and part cash funds, you lose any bonus funds if you withdraw your cash winnings! Clearly they don’t like you making a withdrawal. I’ve lost loads of money playing on this site so I’d stay away from it!
