They are a cheap company from China using false representation in their marketing. Shirt i bought XL size was totally wrong so short nearly a cropped top but shoulders and chest more XXL size. stitching on hem was twisted etc, They promised a hassel free refund, when i requested full refund, started a chain of offers of 10%, 20% and then finally 30%. When refused, they finally gave a return postal address which would of costed in excess of £25.00 for tracked delivery. You end up with a product that is not worth the cost to return. DO NOT ENGAGE with them.

Likje many UK customers I have been duped with this poor quality product bearing no resemblance to Cashmere withg Rowe and Ashton struck off at Companies House. I have sewmnt the 'so called' fleece to the Chinese Ambassador to London Mr Zheng Zeguang in the hope he and the authorities can stop this spurios trading

DONT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY
I bought what was described as 100% Cashemere Sweatshirt and when it eventually arrived it was nothing more than a bit of Rag, I tried to return this however you need to pay your own postage and still no guarantee of getting your Money back, they kept send emails assking me to keep the product and they would give me a 10% discount they then offered 30%, I wouldnt even put this peice of rubbish into a charity shop its that bad, I have reported them to my Credit Card company, Do not go near them they have started advertising the same products now under a new name of Hawkins & Fletcher PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY

Purporting to selling Cashmere Shirts which turns out to be polyester -absolute rubbish. Not from an English Company called Rowe & Ashton but some fraudulent Chinese outfit. Now an identical shop and picture of the proprietors who have changed their names to Hawkins and Fletcher.

As with others, scammed by worthless rags being sent instead of premium quality cashmere, from an address in China. When complained by email, they doubled down, insisting they were quality good, even though the labels actually said polyester. Really slippery with refunding, eventually cut my losses and accepted 40% to avoid return shipping fees and likely no guarantee of refund. PayPal were completely unhelpful.

It is said if something appears too good to be true then it probably isn’t. I wish I had read this Trust Pilot site before purchasing two jumpers advertised as cosy cashmere which are in fact poorly made thin polyester. Do not be tempted by this company, it’s pure fraud.

In fairness it made me laugh, whoever is running this scam are doing a brilliant job, I can’t believe people are still buying from them . No point in me even saying how poor the item ordered was , but it went straight in the bin !! BEWARE

A British company describing the material as cashmere would be in contravention of the Trades Description Act. It's actually made of fabric derived from fossil fuels. The garment looked very good on the models, but a lot less good on a bald, wrinkly old git. I have bought plenty of tat in my time and this is up there with the tattiest!

Ordered a satin blouse which naturally looked attractive on their website. Received a shabby piece of cloth misshapen and badly stiched which bore no resemblance to the advertised product. They refused to engage until I raised a Paypal enquiry. They then demanded a picture of their shipping label which had been on the damaged plastic see-through bag in which the item had arrived, and which I no longer possessed. Even if they had sent me a returns label, from others experience, their next step would be to deny receipt. You cannot receive any justice with these people. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Not sure what the problem is with people, but I ordered trainers and they were delivered as advertised, today I got delivery of a sweater that also was as advertised, the order comes from a different company. but I got what I ordered and happy with my purchase.

An absolute joke and rip off company ,
Web page looks all authentic with 2 smart guys .
But don’t be fooled .
I got the wrong shoes , paid extra for faster delivery and still waited over a month .
Once I got into a conversation via email with a guy ,
( who I can imagine is sitting in a cupboard on his own dealing with all the issues ) ,
I’ve been fobbed from pillar to post for over 3 months now.
I returned the wrong shoes , after being offered many various discounts , but now they deny the have my returned items and I’m out of time for returns policy.
How these companies get away with what they do makes me do mad .
I’m the mug and fool who got attracted by a pretty website .
STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY .

Absolute scam. Do not buy. Article received is not as described. Customer service is non-existent.

One star but if it was possible non whatsoever! Absolute SCAM! Do not go anywhere near these. I bought what was advertised as CASHMERE but it turned out to be 95% polyester and 5% spandex! It was so poorly made they even didn't put cuffs on the sleeves! Tried contacting them and guess what, no reply! Thieves and I am struggling to hold back on swear words for these people! VERMIN

I wish I had read the many negative reviews on this operator before placing my order, as these sum up my experience too.

The "Cozy Cashmere" article received bears no relation to the photo and description in the advertisement. The fabric label says 95% Polyester 5% Spandex, so this shirt is definitely NOT "crafted from 100% Premium Cashmere". The shirt sleeves on the model in the photo are carefully styled to give the appearance of cuffs. There are no cuffs on the item I received, so the sleeve ends hang limply well past my knuckles. I'm not going to waste a minute more of my time asking for a refund, as the experience of others indicates a refund is highly unlikely from this clearly fraudulent operator. 

Like many others before me, I was fooled by the apparent "British sounding" Rowe Ashton name - this was actually Scenery Trade Co. Ltd., incorporated 15 Nov 2023, No: 15286356, sole Director Mr Zhexi Zang, dissolved by compulsory strike-off on 20 Oct 2024. The director's service address was removed from the public register on 26 Feb 2024 as it was forged. Source: Companies House. 

Unfortunately we got conned into buying the cozy "Cashmere" jersey, which turned out to be polyester and spandex and not so cosy at all. Same issue as all other reviews on this site.

Do not buy from this company. Like everyone else I was suckered in by the advert saying that this is cashmere but it's not it's cheap Chinese rubbish, poorly made. Luckily I bought through PayPal and I'm awaiting their decision to refund me which I assume will be coming given everyone else’s comments. I have pointed out online comments to them in my claim and given them this URL address. Not quite sure why they allow this company to continue trading using PayPal but that's for them to sort out. When I contacted the seller complaining it was meant to be an English company (it’s NOT) and I was told that they would consider refunding my money if I returned the garment (I’m guessing less the £9.99 they charged to send it to me fast in the first place (which it wasn’t). Clearly I'm not prepared to pay to send back an item that was fraudulently advertised - no doubt they would argue they never got it and still not repay. I have offered to return it if they pay the postage up front and refund immediately but I already know the chances of that happening are zero. This is clearly a scam and I am furious that I have to waste my time trying to get my money back. This is obviously what they rely on i.e. that people will eventually give up and so they'll keep your money. These people are crooks DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM – BUYER BEWARE!
