Rowlinson Garden Products Avis

Easy to order. Timely delivery and great quality.
Finished the garden off by providing additional comfortable seating for everyone.
Would have been nice to have an umbrella cover for centre of table.

A good product and good experience with RGP again. There was a defect on one of the panels for the mini greenhouse, but I sent a couple of pictures and a replacement was sent out by express delivery. Then I discovered that the 'pack of bits' was lacking a couple of shelf brackets, and again these were despatched immediately by post. So the customer service response to a slightly deficient product was excellent.

We are very pleased with our two seat Rattan garden bench. It took about an hour to put together, and I had to open a few holes out slightly, to get it to fit, but, now we have finished, it looks GREAT!

A good quality, sturdy bench hopefully from certifiable wood source. Quick delivery and well-packed. One quibble - Rawl plugs too big to forcefully hammer into the components, so had to slightly increase hole-size.

Quick delivery and good product for the price

Excellent product delivered on time.

Purchased a wooden patio set. Delivery was prompt, but upon inspection, there were some flaws in the table top and one of the chairs. Phoned customer services, who were extremely helpful and arranged for replacements to be dispatched immediately. Great in this day and age to find such excellent customer service--well done and thank you. Would certainly purchase from this company again

Although the garden arch I ordered was out of stock the communication and revised order delivery date was accurate. I was notified when the item would be delivered and it was delivered with care.

Brilliant garden bench, very easy to assemble and delivered quickly. All in all an excellent product.

To be honest, I was disappointed with the quality of the product. The seat bench was warped, which made it difficult to put together, then one piece of wood had cracks in it and when we tried to screw it on, the wood split and we had to add an additional piece of wood to strengthen it, but as it’s under the seat it’s not too noticeable. I wondered whether the pieces had not been stored correctly and had got damp. I had also thought that the product would come with pre- drilled holes to make construction easier.

Good quality, speedy free delivery. All good

I was so pleasantly surprised by the quality of your product for the price I paid
It was delivered quickly and easy to assemble
I’m delighted and it looks lovely in my garden

Very pleased with my purchase. Excellent quality and fast delivery.

I recently purchased a flower trough, was skeptical at first about quality, but upon receipt of the item we were impressed of the quality of the wood (heavy duty). Putting it together was simple (just under an hour and by myself). Would buy again from this company. Communication with transport company was good and delivery was prompt. Would buy again.

Speedy delivery. Log rolls was as described, and at a good price.

I visited Rowlinsons and was impressed with the quality and value of their products. As I result, I decided to order a planter on line - slightly more expensive, but the free delivery made it hassle free. However, when the product arrived, it was flat-packed, which I wasn’t expecting and didn’t want. I went back to the web site to check, the only place that is mentioned is in the’download’ and no one else - not even in the product description. For the price, I expected a fully constructed planter. Also, the quality didn’t look great - a lot of cracks, and very rough cut. As I result I rejected the delivery.

Great looking furniture. Chairs came preassembled. Table simple to put together, I lost one of the screws and they were quick to send a new one out.

Arrived in super quick time.log roll was a very competitive price.
I have not had time yet to put it in the garden.
Product looks good quality .

Nice sturdy arch, relatively easy to put together for 2 people and looks great in-situ. Very happy with the quality and appearance of our Cheltenham Arch.

This is a great value set. We bought it to replace a very similar set (from a different supplier) that we’ve had for 17 years, but is now literally falling apart. This new set is very slightly smaller across the table and chairs but it’s still perfectly decent and practical. I’ve dropped one star because the four chairs without arms have a back support that does not go as high as the arm chairs or what I’m used to in my previous set. I would rather have paid a little more than have the economy made via less wood. But I am still happy with this purchase.
