Great Experience!

This is a legit website to order alcohol and have it shipped to you. I first called to ask a few questions about what I wanted to order, and someone actually answered! I talked to Sam, and he was very nice and helpful which convinced me to place an order. I'm glad I did! My order was well packaged and shipped in the estimated time that I was told. Delivered fast! NO ISSUES!

Safe & sound

I'm always somewhat worried to receive bottles in the mail. I was very impressed with the packaging of these bottles to prevent breakage.

I received my purchase on time as promised. I read some reviews that made me skeptical so I email customer service who assured me that I would have no problems with receiving my order and they kept their word! I ordered 3 bottles of the crown royal blackberry and I am very happy with my purchase and will continue to do business with them.

Order placed on 6/3 for two bottles

Order placed on 6/3 for two bottles. First order after weeks of waiting was damaged in shipping and never arrived. They attempted to ship again, and delivery arrived on 7/3 with one bottle broken cap and empty. Today I accepted a 50% refund on the broken bottle rather than spend anymore time waiting for labels and having to ship the broken bottle back. If it wasn't for the damaged bottles I would continue to order from them. I believe they just need to pack better for shipping and this could have been avoided. I did order the bottle that was broken from a different site today so fingers crossed this one makes it safe and sound.

I ordered 2 bottles of Crown Royal…

I ordered 2 bottles of Crown Royal Blackberry in February with a delivery date of March. On March 13th emailed customer service and was told my order should be here by months end. Months end no order and no contact from customer service.
On April 2nd I again emailed customer service and was told I was Number 27 and would be processed with the next available shipment.
On April 23 I emailed customer service and was told that now it would be May.
May 21st I again contacted customer service. (Not once did they initiate the contact to inform me of their issues)I was told that if I could wait 10-15 more days I would receive my order.
15 days later and I was told the shipment was on the way and would be delivered today. Bullcrap.

100 days and I will not be able to give one bottle as a gift or try the Crown blackberry. Buyer beware

I've ordered from Royal Batch on multiple occasions without issue. One time they were out-of-stock on a sale item (I imagine they go quickly) and I was notified quickly and we updated the order. I use them to stock up on interesting finds since they have great variety as well as my everyday choices. Although I focus on Bourbon, there are a lot of options of various liquors to choose from. I would certainly recommend!

My shopping experience

I placed order no. 53423 in March for whiskey bottles with a special batch number. The customer support notified me that batch number could be different than advertised, I asked them to cofirm the batch no. The next the confirmed it and it was not the exact one I was looking for. However, they gave me 10% discount and I accepted it. I received the bottle yesterday and honestly I liked it more than my original choice. Great customer support and whiskey selection. I will come back for more soon. Thank you

Still waiting

Still waiting. Told it was shipping in March. Last day of the month. Disputing with my bank this is garbage service. Communication is key and if they couldn’t fill my order by the date promised they should have returned my payment.

They will advertise something is in stock when in fact it isn't, and then tell you that you will get it sometime the next month but they don't know when. Then to top it off they charge you a processing fee for requesting a refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! LOOK UP THEIR REVIEWS ON GOOGLE.

I triedto call royalbatch to find out if they use USPS or a courier company to ship products. To my disappointment, they only use WHATSAPP to receive calls. Freaking scamming pigs. I'm glad I read the reviews first. I DEFFINETLY WILL NOT ORDER FROM SUCH SCUM. Only scammers use a phone app. You people are scum. You need to be shut down.

I tried to call Royalbatch to get some questions answered. I see you only take calls using what's app. Only scammers use a phone app. And, I see the business is located in INDIA. You scamming mother Fuckers. Don't tou cocksuckers make enough money from scamming people with your fake PayPal and IRS scams? You low life pieces of shit.

FYI, if you google our business name you will see a phone number attached. A US BASED phone number.
There are many other companies online you can purchase from them without any frustration and we suggest that you go and shop there.

Product I never received and got charged

I ordered and got the delivery in a fairly reasonable time. I got UPS notice and was home for it. They came over an hour early when I wasn’t there. Tried to change the delivery to pick up at UPS. Couldn’t get the site to allow it. The third attempt was when I was home all day. They never came and sent an email that they would deliver a week later. I went to UPS to try to pick it up. They told me they sent it back even though the email said it would be delivered later. I emailed Royal Batch with the details. They said I had to pay the delivery again both directions. $56 for a $200 order. I sent them all the UPS emails and that I have a Ring door bell camera for evidence. Their response is sorry we can’t dispute UPS. I will never order from them again. I now turn the evidence in to my credit card.

Yes they offed me a $15 discount and I will have to pay $40. I have provided proof that I was here and UPS changed the dates and then shipped it back saying they came. Yet they will not take the evidence which includes the email from UPS changing the date. Telling me they have no way to question UPS and their decision if final because of that.

We greatly value this honest review. Mr. Stephen's order qualified for our Free Shipping promotion, and we provided him with the tracking details two days after placing the order when it was shipped out.
As our packages require an adult signature, UPS made three unsuccessful attempts to deliver the package to Mr. Stephen. According to the UPS report, the reason stated was "The receiver was not available for delivery." As per their standard procedure, UPS decided to return the package to the sender.
In response to Mr. Stephen's request, we were pleased to receive his request to reship the package to an alternate address to ensure its successful delivery. However, as outlined in our website policy here (https://www.royalbatch.com/faq), it is the customer's responsibility to receive the package. In the event that the carrier is unable to reach the customer, we are obliged to charge for the return fees as well as the reshipping fees, which are billed to our account by UPS.
Despite these circumstances, we made a goodwill gesture by offering Mr. Stephen a reasonable discount if he chooses to proceed with the reshipment, aiming to secure his satisfaction.
