Royal Suitcases Avis 

This business is a well disguised scam. My issue is their refund policy. Their refund page says they offer refunds but when I spoke to customer service it was stated they don’t actually offer them at all - which makes sense because store credit is listed as the only option further down for sale items. They have had the same sale for 2 months now. The cases don’t adequately protect the phone’s camera which is a major concern of mine. Additionally, the glass camera protectors do not fit properly with a case on like my old case. The quality is cheap and all around my experience has been highly disappointing.

ETA: No update on the “message” Royal Cases sent. I received an email from Trust Pilot saying the company was asking for more information and haven’t heard anything since.

Never received my purchase and contacted them twice. I will be opening a case with the Better Business Bureau for this scam.

Royal cases said they were delivered to my mailbox. I did not receive them and they will not help an any way, No replacement, no credit back to my account, no filing a claim. Nothing.

Good quality case. Shipping isn't as fast as Amazon, but not bad. Emails initially went to my junk folder, but I eventually found the shipping confirmation.

I had to place a bank reversal on my purchase as they would not confirm if item was sent or not. I finally received my phone cover a week after raising the complaint to my bank- the gold paint started to come off 2 days after use. Most definitely not worth the $60 AUD I paid for it.

Received my cases quickly and they’re pretty. They look just like the website showed, which is great cause that happens surprisingly little anymore. Will recommend.

These cases are absolutely the most gorgeous you’ve ever seen. I ordered the wrong size the first time. That was my fault because choosing the phone you have is an easy process. When I saw the quality, I ordered 4 more for friends and family. Just an amazing product!

Worst company to deal with! I would never never buy from here again. The customer service I got was horrible and my cases were lost for over a month. They kept telling me to wait. Just such a bad experience! I have to ship them back to Italy even though the product says made in china?

Beautiful and elegant case. The delivery was very quick and the packaging was done to make sure that the products would not be damaged. Highly recommend!

Pretty case. Took a while to get here. Hard to hold the phone - I like the pop socket more but I think that’s just cuz my phone is so big. Overall, nice case.

This is my 3rd case from the company and I love it! The last one I had for 1,5 years and it was still looking nice and got lot of compliments on. I will order for sure again!
