Bad Delivery

To be fair nothing wrong with the garden furniture that arrive and Royalcraft are fantastic but just watch who is delivering it. BJS was delivering ours and we're great right up to getting to the house. One of the men came out of the van and said before wven trying that it wouldn't fit. I asked them to try and they dropped one part off the back of van which was a great start. Then they were right it didnt fit. I asked if I unpacked it could we try again and they said that they isn't have time which is fair. They spoke in their own language to each other and I was never sure what they were saying. It was really unhelpful. I then had to have a call with their boss and in that tome we could of unpacked it and got it through the back gate to the garden. So it was all left on my drive for me to do on my own.

Garden furniture

Product arrived on time, it was very well packaged and in good order.The delivery men were ost helpful and friendly.Would not hesitate to use this company again.

I love my royalcraft table and chairs

I love my royalcraft table and chairs. I bought it last summer and it's still looking good. The only fault with it is that it doesn't have the usual hole in the middle to accommodate a parasol.

Highly recommend

Very pleased with chairs & table set. chairs very comfortable would highly recommend them
Delivery was good had 3 hour slot & driver notified us when he was on his way.

My experience from Royalcraft was superb.

My experience with Royalcraft has been absolutely excellent. Right from calling them to ask for more details about an item that I wanted which was the Wentworth 2 Seater Comfort Bistro Set, placing the order on-line on 27th May 2026 and it then being delivered exactly on time on Saturday 30th May 2026. The 2 delivery guys were very helpful and carried all of the large boxes for my husband, placing them carefully into the back garden. Throughout the whole process, the communication from Royalcraft was excellent as they kept me well informed about my delivery and arranged a suitable time slot for my item to be delivered. The Bistro set itself is of extremely good quality and is good value for money. I would recommend this company to everyone as they are excellent.

Good quality garden bench.

Site easy to use, found what I was looking for.
Kept informed on delivery and the company were very good. Have assembled the bench and it looks fine. Seems to be of good quality.

Happy customers

We ordered a large furniture set with a firepit coffee table. It arrived promptly, well delivered. Having set it up we are very happy with the quality, look and overall value. There was an issue with one cushion having a slight stitch issue and the customer service was excellent in making this right very quickly.

I put a chair together brought from a…

I put a chair together brought from a big DIY chain. My mum sat on it however one slat had a knot in it which gave away straight away .
Upon emailing this firm directly I was dealt with effectively and their customer service is brilliant .
My mother recieved a new part with weeks .
Cannot fault this company at all well done

Great service

Great selection of garden furniture and the online ordering process was very straightforward. Delivery was within a few days and the lads could not have been nicer. Very pleased with my new furniture - the buying experience was first class.

Reported to trading standards, as per conversation with them - there are getting a few calls regarding this company for failing to observe consumer law on returns

Update, what a joke asking me to email in. Numerous emails and calls already done! You are not interested now you have the money!
