I recently had the privilege of traveling for Umrah with Royal Travel, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.

I had an absolutely amazing experience traveling to Palestine with Royal Travel. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organised. All we had to do was relax and enjoy our time there.

The team provided invaluable advice on dealing with the Israeli guards and guided us on how to enter Masjid Al-Aqsa smoothly, which really made a difference. They also arranged excellent tours in and around Al-Aqsa, where we learned so much about the local history and significance of the area.

Royal Travel took care of everything; from accommodation and transport to daily plans. They even recommended trusted local charities to donate to, organised a shopping trip, and pointed us to some fantastic local shops, restaurants, and patisseries, every recommendation was spot on.

I can’t recommend Royal Travel enough for anyone planning a visit to Al-Aqsa. They truly handle everything with care, professionalism, and sincerity. An unforgettable trip!

★☆☆☆☆ WORST TRAVEL EXPERIENCE – AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I’m currently on a trip with this travel agency, and it’s been a complete nightmare. They have looted money under the promise of a premium experience, only to deliver the absolute opposite.

They charged us the price that other agencies are offering for 5-star hotels — and what did we get? Third-class, filthy accommodations that don’t even match the basic standards. I’m attaching pictures of the hotels they booked so you can see for yourself — these are NOT what we paid for.

What’s worse? Their customer service is nonexistent. They don’t answer calls, don’t respond to messages, and offer no support once your payment is made. It feels like they just vanished.

This is clear misrepresentation and exploitation. I strongly urge others to stay away from this agency. There are plenty of reputable tour operators out there — do your research and don’t fall into the same trap we did

They give u false promises. Lie and will case u issues. I booked my Umarh with them and the agent lied so much regarding hotels etc. He booked us one hotel room and charged us for 2. We had to pay for the other room ourselves. They weren’t prepared to listen. They will not refund the extra charges. He lied about hotel distance for Al Haram. Just wanted our money. Never again with this company

So far so good. I booked through royal travel 2 times and not at all disappointed. Gave me best price however i had to keep on checking with then for different dates. Worth to always speak to the right person who can guide you properly.

Not happy at all, booked a flight for my mum for today and also asked them to add special requirement for a wheelchair assistance at Manchester Airport so upon arriving at airport got told that my mum needs to sit in the special assistance area upon waiting then until end of time my mum got told to walk it all the way to the aeroplane without any wheelchair assistance bare in mind she's 80 years old, absolutely very annoyed with this appauling service.
