I have enquired twice with Royal Wolfe.
I have sent a message via the website with no response.
Rang the Launceston branch today and spoke my a young girl who said she would email me a quote today. It is now 6pm and no quote.
I will be taking my business elsewhere as clearly I’m not important enough to follow up with

Not good.
We purchased 2 x 20 containers for $7,639.50 delivered. We need to repaint areas of both containers..paint job not done well. One container ( the lesser value of the two) needed steel struts bolted on to straighten dents in the roof which was holding a lot of water. Not happy at all.

Communication was friendly but a bit clunky. Did initial enquiry through website interactive chat. All seemed ok but interactive chat didn’t seem to communicate well with base. Eventually got container. Driver was good but container pretty rough. It’ll do the job but “Standard 20 ft container” on website looks much better than the one I got. Mine has lots of cut outs and welds and is pretty banged up but it will do the job. Probably wouldn’t pay same price for same container again. Quoted by online chap $350 ish for delivery. Given exact address. Final quote was nearly $500 for delivery. Needed a container ASAP so paid it. Overall average transaction and product. Would I recommend to other? Maybe, but I’d say shop around first.
