Richard was so helpful with our home survey, as first time buyers we had lots of questions and Richard was happy to answer any. We have had a lot of patronising suppliers who expected us to know everything but Richard was patient and explained everything we needed to know. Found Richard through a google search, needed my survey doing quickly as I was ready to complete. I called Richard on Tuesday and he was out on the Friday doing the survey and had the document to me by Monday.
He provided an excellent service and was very thorough with a 48 page document including images and things wrong with the property.
