Most reasonably priced and straightforward to join.I
particularly appreciated being asked if I wanted a policy written in paper form.

Reasonable price and it is the RSPCA after all so they have to be trusted.

Easy to set up also multiple pets don't know about the claim side yet only had it a week but very competitive prices also helps the rspca

Unfortunately my pet was poorly and had to make a claim, absolutely seamless claims process.
Funds were refunded very quickly

RSPCA provided a competitive quote with in the most part, better cover than similarly priced insurers, so I was happy to buy cover from them.
Procuring the correct level of cover was easy online.

Easy to set up and cheapest on the market. The only downside is having to set up a direct debit rather than a one-off payment by debit card as with all the other providers.

Had taken out £7000 lifetime pet insurance which apparently covered dental illness my dog has never had the best teeth but after we rescued her she always went for 6 monthly check ups at vets she went in for routine dental work where they found she had dental illness put in a claim and was rejected so wouldn't recommend RSPCA pet insurance

Rather early to say but cover was what I wanted and price was too.

Just by chance I found the RSPCA pet insurance via a comparison site and although they weren't the cheapest they were a trusted name and what they offer is exceptional value and they even accepted to insure my 12 year old dog without pricing him out of being insured .
Not like my previous insurer who hiked the premium so much after being with them for 5 years they basically said we're not interested any longer because we know we'll have to pay out which they didn't for 5 years prior.
Not impressed and I'll name them Waggle.

It was easy to arrange cover withno hard sell pressure. I would recommend to anyone.

Good product and easy to set up.
Also contributes to helping the welfare of other less fortunate animals.

My policy is up for renewal with the rspca I might add on the 18th, after hanging on the phone for one hour 32 minutes I gave up, the call centre is a disaster area continually transferring you to different people, and then the long wait starts again, they can't even get the contact number right on their invite to renew email, it's an unobtainable number! Save to say I gave up, horrendous customer service

Can’t register for the pet portal for either cat. Absolutely useless.
