TOTAL SCAM!!!!

My parents were speaking to Terry, promising to fix our botched installation. It was all lies they paid £1825 deposit for a job that was going to cost £3650. We were waiting for the men to come and remove it and they never arrived. We tried to call Terry and his phone was switched off, we then rang the company, put on hold and was told someone would get back us. X3 times we tried to contact them. Each time the same reply.

Please dont let them do the same to you!!!

We paid £1860 deposit in November 2025, expecting dry ice foam removal to be carried out in Jan 2026. It’s a long story so I won’t go into detail, however, due to the dry ice machine either breaking down or the van in an accident the job was cancelled. Matthew promised a full deposit refund which never arrived. Neither Matthew or Olivia respond to my calls and I have been unable to contact anyone at RT Installation Systems, for several weeks. I fear I will never get my deposit back. I just want an explanation, as to the breakdown in communication.

This company removed loft foam insulation successfully. I paid in full when completed. Over the last two weeks they have taken over £4000 out of my account and, when contacted several times over the last 3 days to return the money, I have been given the runaround. Olivia the Office Manager is not returning my calls when leaving messages on her answer machine and several people in the office cannot get through to her.

Very good service. Toby removed the spray foam out of my loft and completed it all alone. The service was professional and he was polite, he ensured he cleaned up after himself throughout the service. I would recommend this company and have returned for further services.

Our initial contact Dean was knowledgeable, friendly and fully explained the problems that the spray foam in our loft would eventually cause. James, Shawn and Connor worked very hard and efficiently to remove the spray foam from the loft. They removed, bagged up and arranged collection of all the foam and cleaned up effectively the remaining debris. They were happy to move the stored items in the loft to access all areas, and left the items in an orderly fashion upon completion. RT installation systems Ltd are a reputable company and we thank them for doing an excellent job. I would highly recommend the company as a hard working team.

Totally professional experience from start to finish from Olivia in the office and Conner, Russell and Travis who did the removal of closed cell insulation and then installed foil replacement. They all made a stressful time a much easier experience for me. Arrived on time, cleaned up each day and arranged appropriate removal of the rubbish. Thank you all so much.

We had spray foam removed from our loft. From the very beginning this company were very professional and helpful. We were kept informed at every stage of the work. The 3 man team led by Connor were exceptional. They arrived on time each day and were very respectful and considerate regarding our property. Each day they left our home in an immaculate state. They then installed new foil insulation and again this was carried out speedily and without any disruption to us. We cannot speak too highly of our experience with this company and a special mention of the office manager Olivia who kept us informed throughout the process.

From my first contact to the last, Olivia was very friendly and helpful and as the work progressed she remained available for any queries I might have. The work to remove foam insulation was carried out in what was one of the hottest days. The guys worked hard and I didn’t envy them in the heat and confines of my loft. Professional and considerate, cleaning up as they went. Nothing was too much trouble.
I felt comfortable and confident that the work being done was to a very high standard. The final result was incredible as I didn’t know what to expect. The guys are a credit to their employers.
In this day and age it’s refreshing to know that there are companies like RT Installation who care about their customers and the quality of service that they provide.
I would definitely recommend RT Installation Systems to anyone.

After a very stressful time 2 lovely lads (Connor and Travis) from your Company came to our house to remove the foam in the loft. They worked extremely hard in very hot conditions in the loft. After 3 days the loft looked fantastic - no trace of the foam was to be seen.
Not only that the mess which occurred moving it from the loft to outside was spotlessly cleaned up.
Well done lads - We would like to highly commend them - an asset to your Company.

Very good communications before, during and after doing an excellent job removing unwanted spray foam insulation, even coming back over the weekend to make up for lost time due to a wasp's nest! Happy to recommend.
