Rubberco Avis

Good service great product

I discovered the company was based in Burnley, which allowed me to visit their warehouse directly. I was able to pay and collect the mats in person, confirming that it's a legitimate operation. In the end, I got something even better than I originally planned, as I could see the options firsthand and compare samples

I needed the Rubber Matting. They had it in stock and it was available for me to collect.

This and a great price.

Company called me back whe i couldn't get through on the phone. My flooring arrived in good time with no dramas.

I ordered 10M of Rubber Flooring Rolls Studded Dot Penny Pattern, I cut the roll in 3 parts and when fitting the floor, the dots did not line up when placing the 3 parts next to eachother, they lign up for about 15cm and then start drifting apart. Nothing like in the picture.
Otherwise, delivery was fast and packing was sturdy, just a shame that the floor cannot be aligned - impossible!

Easy to order,excellent service

Placed an order almost a month ago, still no product despite a reply to my first complaint when I was told they had the wrong address for me. I was promised the same day dispatch to put it right. I’ve emailed several times - no replies, I have called several times - no answer. Would not recommend, scammed out of my money.

Product first class, does the job.

Item (rubber mat) is just what I wanted, however getting it was quite a problem. Only on asking where my very overdue purchase was, did I get the response that they didn’t think it was what I wanted. Quite sometime later I had to follow up again to get it shipped. When it did arrive, it is perfect, great quality etc. and very reasonably priced. Customer care just needs some work.

Very helpful and quick

quick delivery, products did the job, would have given a 5 star but the gentleman who answered the phone could do with some training to improve his telephone manor.

good quality materials,
good customer service from Danny
would use this company again

prompt follow up sales clarification of order.
Delivered as requested. {slight marks on rubber, will look to remove with oil base/grease base cleaner

Needed rubber strip delivered next day. Called and spoke with Danny. He ensured fast delivery and I got order next day, Thanks

Very easy to use website

easy to make a order no problem thanks

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Ruberco.co.uk! From start to finish, the whole experience was just seamless. The website was easy to navigate, the product descriptions were clear, and ordering was a breeze. When my order arrived (super fast, by the way!), I was blown away by the quality—it’s even better than I expected!

bad, not good , promised order would arrive ( ordered friday for tuesday) and was three days later than promised, after phoning to chase the order and trying to lock down when it would turn up , the guy offered to lie to me about then it would turn up rather than be truthful. also sent out via a third party rather than rubber co company

Quick delivery and good quality rubber matt, happy with the price.

Would give 5 stars if there would be paperwork attached to delivery.
