Arrived in few days of ordering. I immediately cut it to shape and placed under my drum mat. It’s reduced floor vibration to other ground floor rooms to virtually nothing. Brilliant

Dreadful customer service
Dreadful customer service. Waiting two weeks for a simple sample of an expensive product. Rang four times to ask its whereabouts and they finished by hanging up! I shall go elsewhere

Delivery was fast
Delivery was fast, and the packaging was secure. Customer service was also fantastic; they promptly answered my questions and provided great support. It’s rare to find a company that combines quality products with excellent service, but RubberCo has nailed it!
Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-quality rubber products.

Wouldn't buy again, STAY CLEAR
Wouldn't buy again. Wouldn't honor what their listing said, wanted to post 1/3 of what was on their listing. Still waiting on a refund so now I'm out of pocket waiting for a refund and missed the black Friday deals. All in all a total waste of time as what they list and advertise is NOT what you end up purchasing and extremely slow if no refund given.

Great product and fast shipping
I ordered some rubber link mats for a dog grooming area I was building for my giant and very messy dog. They arrived quickly and are exactly what I needed. Easy to cut and fit. The drainage holes allow any muddy water coming off the dog to drain away when using a high velocity drier, and the mats seem hard-wearing enough to stand up to claws and walking boots, but soft enough to be kind to paws

Overall happy but an initial problem, now solved
Ordered a pre-cut piece of rubber to use underneath an electric bbq to save any splashes on porcelain tiles. Arrived on time but with a couple of tears. Contacted supplier and they sent another in perfect condition so very happy now with service
