Ruggedbutts has been my go to for my boys, especially the swim. I love the cute patterns and long sleeve rash guards, and the quality is amazing! The quarter zip sweaters are my son's favorite school wear, and are so soft and comfortable! Customer service is always so helpful whenever I have questions or need help with an order.

I recently ordered some darling dresses and bathing suits for my twin granddaughters. They arrived and are just so cute! The girls look so adorable in them also!! I’ve always been so pleased with everything I’ve bought from RB! The quality of the clothes is superior and they always launder very well! The bathing suits are just the cutest too! Love me some RuffleButts!

Love the quality of their clothes! This isn't the first time I've ordered through them, but this time I accidentally ordered 2 pairs of tights when I only meant to order 1 and didn't catch it until after I submitted payment and checked out. I emailed customer service and was contacted right away with someone who helped me reverse the transaction and refunded my money. Very responsive and attentive customer service. Thank you so much!

We ordered bigger sizes of our daughters swimsuit bc we love it so much! I accidentally filled in the wrong address on the order. When I called I got through to Karlea right away. She got my info, found my order me fixed it. It took a matter of minutes and Karlea was so pleasant. Great customer service goes a long way. And of course a terrific product.

Renata was so helpful. She was professional, courteous and patient. She resolved my problem quickly even though it was my fault! These items are adorable and well made. I will tell all my “GlamMom” friends about this company and products!

I see all the reviews are for smaller sizes well when you get to size 5 and over there are no ruffles on the butt. This information is hidden. If you don’t scroll through all the pictures and read under what picture #5 says you will order what you believe to be “ruffle butt” Pjs only to be disappointed. The lack of ruffles does not change the price either! My granddaughters are very disappointed at ages 4 and 6 they STILL want RUFFLES. Poor advertising for sure!

Firstly, I love their swimsuits! They’re super cute, great quality and great value. My daughter has had other well known brand items and they just aren’t the same at all. They are definitely worth the money and I have even passed down a few items to friends children and they still look good as new.
Secondly, their customer service is amazing. I made a mistake on my order (somehow adding the wrong house number) and my order was returned to them because the address didn’t exist. Without having to do a thing they found my correct address (from a previous order) and reshipped at no cost to me and the order was barely even late. Very helpful help desk staff too, quick response and very friendly; thank you to Karlea for your help this morning!

First the order arrived super fast. There was a mix up in what I ordered. I messaged them. They apologized and sent replacement within a few days. Awesome company to deal with. Not to mention the suits are ADORABLE!
