Ruggable AU Avis

Great quality and price, love that items are made to order as well! Delivery was fast - we are so happy with our new rug for the dinning space.

The Rowan Stone & Soft Clay Rug is beautiful! How ever it is NOTHING like the colour in the picture. So if you are after the olive green tones this is not your rug. I’m just lucky it suits where I put it. Other than that, it feels great under foot. I ordered the all in one rug.

The service was reliable and the rug is attractive, fits in perfectly, is nonslip, and is wearing well.

It was not evident from the marketing and description that the washable rug design was just painted on the tips of the white tufts of the rug so shows imprints of footprints, handprints and any fold lines as white marks. A real problem with dark rugs. Returned the rug which was a relatively easy process although the freight company only delivers or picks up the rug from the nearest town depot.

Although I am still trying to find the perfect rug Ruggable have been great because you can try it out at home and only lose $30 to return it which they really help with

The rug looks great, it doesn’t slip, and can be spot cleaned. I have not put it in the machine yet. Will update my review once it needs a full clean.

Rug is exactly what I ordered & delivery was very fast

Love my rug! fits in withe space perfectly and easy to clean

Easy to order online. Honoured a discount that I’ve missed a sale by one day. Promptly delivered. Packaged well. Came in great condition. Colours are beautiful in the space and exactly what I was wanting. Thank you.

Another beautiful rug, I live the faux fading, it’s just so lovely and my dog likes it too!

Ruggable was amazing , their products was excellent, also the costumer service was so above and beyond. Im quite fussy with what I want in product. Ruggable say , the costumer need to be happy with the rugs , if costumer not happy then, we able to return rugs and get refund and Ruggable make it happen. The communication was very clear and very helpful. I returned my rug about 2 times, and finally I’m happy and inlove with my third choice. Will definitely purchase it again for the future.

We love the colour and style however the rug does not sit flat on the existing carpet. We have moved the rug multiple times and no matter how we position it it’s pretty impossible to get rid of the ripples in this rug. I am hoping in summer or after it is washed it may sit flatter under our glass coffee table 🙏

Love my rug and the fact it doesn’t slip - fabulous quality

The rugs though a different hue of the green and soft cream/beige than the picture portrays on the internet site are fitting into the deco just fine. They are exactly want we desired in size and texture.
The best feature is the non slip underlay which tucks into the corner of the mats and they have no moved a cm though they are situated in a high traffic area.
Prompt delivery was great.

Absolutely gorgeous Winnie the Pooh rug, great quality. Customer service team very prompt and helpful.

Easy to order online and was dropped off at a Newsagents when delivered. Great quality runner and beautiful pattern.

The rug is just as beautiful in reality as the online image. Excellent service and great product.

The rug was exceptional quality and made a complete difference to the lounge room by making the lounge room peaceful and uplifting.
