We love our rug
The website is easy to navigate, checkout was straightforward, and the rug arrived much quicker than expected, looking just as it looked online.

Great service and a lovel rug but colours are more muted than the online photos.
Great service and a lovel rug. However, the colours shown online are not true to the product and significantly more muted than indictated. It is still a lovely rug and I am happy with it. This is my third purchase from RuggableAU and I will remain a committed customer.

Nothing like displayed
Item looked nothing, nothing at all like the image on the website. The company say it is due to screen settings 😂 it's brown and black instead of sage

Exceptional quality and even better…
Exceptional quality and even better customer service. I ordered 2 rugs and was sent an incorrect item. Customer service were very prompt and so easy to deal with. They went above and beyond to ship me my correct item. I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Ruggable not only for their quality but also the care they show their customers. Thank you. 🤩
