Ruggable AU Avis

The staff were very helpful and the carpet layers did an amazing job, it is impossible to see the joins.

Great runner for our kitchen! Product was quick to ship and arrived after about a week, which in our regional area is quick. Quality is very good and I like the design.

Great rug great quality will purchase again quick delivery also

Quality is amazing ! Very durable and looks cute which is a bonus!!

I am loving this rug!! Have only washed it once but it’s on the kitchen floor & just adds a beautiful bit of colour to the kitchen. Three friends have asked where I’ve brought it & have jumped on the website. Absolutely a great investment & can’t wait to buy another! Fabulous washable rug. Thx

Your design are beautiful are nice in my home.

Quick delivery, I’m yet to buy a rug that actually doesn’t slip which is annoying. This is a runner and it moves constantly and I find very annoying.

Easy to order and the rugs look exactly as they do in the pictures. I bought two rugs and matching door mats. They look Divine!

These rugs are great! They look great and feel so soft underfoot. I haven’t had to wash mine yet as the wipe down easily after a spill. They arrive quickly. Couldn’t be happier.

Manufactured and delivered on time. Colour is as per website. Nice and lightweight, and sits flat.
I particularly like being able to specify exactly the size and colour required - much easier than trudging thru stores.
Haven’t washed it yet but marks have wiped off easily.

Clear and timely emails to update about order. Order arrived on time but the box was partially open. Fortunately, the rug was undamaged. I expected the rug to be a little thicker but it looks really nice and zhooshes up my deck nicely. Excellent directions on how to fit the backing and lay the rug out.

I absolutely love this rug . It feels beautiful underfoot , sits perfectly, vacuuming is a breeze ,, I’m yet to discover the ease of washing as it obviously is not yet dirty..my order came quickly , well boxed ! Will buy again !!

Beautiful quality, soft and stays in place.

Having never seen a Ruggable product before, on opening the box, I immediately realised it was not for me.

It went back into the solid cardboard box and the return process begun. Which was easy and seamless. The box was collected even though nobody was at home. The refund also came on time.

Very good company to deal with.

Buying experience was easy, and subsequent communication

I didn’t like the texture and thickness of the rug. (Looked and felt like a microfibre cloth on the floor) But I submitted a refund, lady was super nice and helpful. It was picked up and refunded money easily.

Arrived just as it looked online. Perfect size and colour for my home office.

Absolutely beautiful rug. I get so many compliments! It doesn’t slip at all. I can even exercise on it

Just love it, the colour is fabulous, washing turns out like new, would buy more but costly

This is our third Ruggable rug purchase and we have been absolutely pleased with all of them. They are so functional, useful and durable. Perfect for high use areas like the kitchen or in front of the fridge. Handle spills and food “whoopsies” because they are so easy to clean up on the go. They really are very washable either via sponge or towel or in a machine. In winter they are warm under foot and cool in summer. Ordering and delivery was painless and quick.
Extremely happy with all our rugs.

Quick delivery, rug is beautiful and feels nice to stand on. Colours vibrant. I got it on sale so the price was great
