fabulous rugs excellent quality
The staff in rugs.ie in Douglas were very helful ,professional & friendly,I ordered the rug as it wasn't in stock,they called me as as as the rug arrived in ,I always buy my rugs in rugs.ie as they have a fabulous selection & excellent quality

True to image and size
Rug was true to size and appearance. It was a little dirty and had a smell for the first few days as if it had been stored in a damp area

What helpful people to deal with! We had to choose a second rug as our first choice was discontinued. Rugs.ie sent us on suggestions to assist us in making our selection. Excellent and Efficient
Excellent and seamless experience buying from Rugs.ie. Delivery time was also excellent, arriving even sooner than expected. Opening it up when I came home from work and to find an unexpected gift of a tote bag and Persian rug mouse pad in my order, well to be honest that was simply the icing on an already great cake!

Not true to illustrated colour
The colour was much less intense than I wanted. The colours were not as llustrated on line so I'm very disappointed with the rug.

Excellent company …
Customer service couldn’t have been better. Firstly I made a mistake when ordering, which was quickly put right for me. Secondly, when my rugs arrived they weren’t the shade I expected, but they were returned and my second choice dispatched quickly and without question. The rugs themselves were excellent quality. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this company again.
