Exactly to specs, and a perfect fit!

Finally got to unroll rug. Delighted with our outdoor rug purchase and the excellent service you gave us!

I purchased a made-to-order outdoor rug, in Calypso Santorini Steeple, for a screen porch built on a concrete slab. I'd had an epoxy paint over the concrete, but that began flaking, and would have a layer of ice at times during the winter. So rather than hiring someone to glue a wall to wall carpet over the slab, I found RugsThatFit and gave them a call. They were very helpful in negotiating the exact measurements, which left me an inch or two around the perimeter so as not to run the risk of having something even an inch too big.

The carpet was about 14 x 5 feet. The calypso color looks great, it lays flat, the dark blue border looks great, and it has a good grip underfoot. It can easily be rolled up to vacuum under when needed. And if it's showing wear in ten years or so, I can just order another one, and not have to rely on a contractor to remove or install a permanent wall to wall carpet.

We are currently weighing the corners/edges down for a bit to eliminate the curl from shipping, but I can tell that we're going to love it. The ability to get a custom sized L shaped rug at no extra cost was definitely a bonus. My goal was to provide protection for my kitchen floor in the high traffic area behind my island. The nonskid backing definitely felt substantial and was important for that space.. The indoor outdoor rug came in great colors and I loved the quartz stripe.

All the prices on Etsy do not seem accurate

You seemingly get redirected to some other site off of Etsy with any suggested personalization and the prices are very high

The work is standard but certainly not worth the cost

We be purchased 2 of these rugs for our mud room(entryway). Being from Pennsylvania we deal with mud, snow and yard debris in our entryway room year round. So we had been feverishly scouring the internet and stores looking for a waterproof rug that would fit our unique area and have some style & class at the same time.
We fortunately came upon this site. I personally spoke with one of the owners who was very willing to help me with measurements, selecting the appropriate options and answering all my questions. He was eager to help us make our selection on the specific style of rug that would meet our specific needs. We had questions about adding a waterproof backing, colors, borders and the personalized inlay. He put our anxiety to rest and walked us thru the whole purchase.
The rugs arrived about a week or so after our custom order. There was a slight blemish on the one rug that I immediately contacted the company about. They replied the same day and helped us handle the problem very expediently. We are very satisfied with how the rug feels, looks and cleans up. This is the perfect barrier for snow, mud and even salt debris from Northern states. They are commercial quality with a soft residential feel.
We are very satisfied with our purchase and highly recommend this company. They have excellent customer service which is almost unheard of anymore. We plan on making more purchases from here in the near future.
