I had an excellent experience with RugThatFit. The customer service is top notch. Kristin was incredibly helpful providing me with photos and recommendations in my process~ following up with me and facilitating my decisions. She was very accommodating of my travel schedule in figuring out when to place the order and arranging delivery~ even reaching out to let me know that stock was low so I was able to get the order in and not have to wait out a long cycle for the next availability. The general customer service was also responsive and friendly from my first email to the delivery of my rug. The rug itself is excellent quality - I love it. Very soft and very high quality~and RugsThatFit beat out the pricing of other vendors I was considering. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and would happily use them again for my future custom rug needs.
