I ordered my daughter a custom front door mat. It is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I am hopeful that it will hold up well

Excellent rugs and customer service, best part is the rug is made here in the US.

The incorrect rug was delivered and while
I was emailed a return slip for its subsequent FEDEX pickup there was no other service recovery offered. There was no follow up once the rug I’d actually ordered was finally delivered. A disappointing customer experience.

We were pleasantly surprised at the speed of shipping, efficiency, and customer service we received, as well as the actual product. When the color we picked was not available, the owner did not stop trying to reach me on my cell phone to get it right. Customer services was great! Answered all my questions and in a very timely manner. The sample was large enough (6"x 7 1/2") to get a good idea of color and pattern and how it would feel under foot. I ordered a 4'x7' and it measured exactly 4x7, which was very important to me since there was less than 1/4" add'l space between the stove and island. Very pleased with my new kitchen rug and would definitely recommend RugsThatFit.

Received my new mat last week and it’s EXACTY what I was looking for. We live in a neighborhood with deer and they have a habit of laying on it at our front door. It’s easy to vacuum and to clean marks off it.
