Overall look of the carpet is ok but packaging is awful
Overall look of the carpet is ok, however how it was delivered was absolutely shocking. I mean how it was packaged is beyond terrible. Folded like it was a top or something, the lines from folded sides are still there and not going away, for 100€ iv paid i would have expected better, else i would have went to ikea and paid 30€ instead. With a better packaging also ..

As we ship internationally, we have to follow the guidelines set by our shippers - they have restrictions on the measurements of international shipments. As such, many of our rugs need to be folded for shipping. The fold marks should go away by themselves very soon. However, feel free to reach out to our customer service so we can take a look at your carpet and give you some tips. We're always happy to help.
We also try to make it as easy as possible for customers to order a rug and if they do not like it, return it for free to us.

Found the rug I liked in the shape I needed!
Found the rug I liked that was the correct shape and size. The website showed 2 remaining but when I went to checkout, it was out of stock. I have purchased my second option, but disappointed that the website did not give accurate information.

Fantastic range and variety of rugs
Fantastic range and variety of rugs, easily filtered to the ones you like on the website. Good reductions for some at different times. The one we got is fab a Sarouk mir runner for the hall. Vibrant colours looks the part 👌 in the entrance. Can't fault rugvista. Will be keeping an eye out for something similar in the front room.

Worth checking out...
I am generally happy with my order (hallway rug 80/300cm). I got one that was on sale as I didn't want to spend a lot of money on something that may get dirty. It looks good, the design is pretty. Colours are vivid. Pattern is printed on top of the fabric (I did expect this given the price) The rug itself is thin (rug description reflects this accurately). One thing to criticise is that boarder stitching is bit wonky in places. Other than that, worth checking out.
