The rug is beautiful
The rug is beautiful. It arrived quickly and it was a great experience all round. The only reason for the 4 stars was packing wasn’t great. The rug was folded which the creases still haven’t come out. The plastic bag that the rug was in had holes in it and the rug wasn’t covered on the inside. That was the only let down of using rugvista. That being said, I love the styles online and will definitely be ordering again.

The rug I got is absolutely beautiful and is of lovely quality. It has become a central feature of my living room. Everything from order to delivery was smooth as well.

Cheap & cheerful
Quick delivery, no hassle. Colours are nice but quality isnt high. A corner turns up like a dogs ear which is annoying. Having said that, price is good, so you can't expect luxury perfection for a low price. I'm satisfied that i got what i paid for. If cheap n cheerful is what you want, definitely recommend

Wrong rug delivered
Got the wrong rug. Not the one I have ordered. My name on the parcel but wrong order number attached to the item.
I really needed that rug by 10th December. Very disappointed with their service.

The selection and quality of rugs is great. All have been packaged well and have arrived in a timely manner. We stayed out with one and soon put in three more orders because we were so delighted with the quality and service. May yet be buying more!

Happy Customer! Would buy again.
Very easy ordering experience. Rug arrived as described but didn't suit the room. Requested a return. FedEx said they couldn't collect from my location so I contact Rugvista and they sorted it for me and it was collected promptly and all appears to have gone smoothly. I'm now just awaiting my refund. I ordered another rug in the meantime, and it's perfect for what I need! Very happy!

It was a ridiculous idea to fold my rug…
It was a ridiculous idea to fold my rug 200cm x 300cm in half and then in quarters so that now it won’t lay flat on the ground. It should have been rolled!

Hi! Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about your experience - we understand how frustrating it is when a rug doesn’t lay flat after delivery.
We would like to clarify that for international shipments, our logistics partners require rugs to be folded rather than rolled. Since we ship from Sweden to many countries, we must follow these guidelines to ensure parcels can be transported efficiently and safely.
In most cases, the creases from folding disappear on their own after some time. Alternatively, you can try rolling the rug in the opposite direction and leaving it like that for about 24 hours - this usually helps it flatten faster.
