Mentioned the item will be delivered on the 2nd of March while its the 3rd of March today and I don't where the item is nor have I been updated.
Worng order received!! The app's was not updated properly, difficult to reach someone to raise complaint
There are so many choices to choose from but sizes are very limited also delivery charges for delivery 15aed and for return 30aed which is really annoying, no other websites charges same

I'm disappointed with the service as my order was canceled due to size unavailability, despite the website indicating availability. The lack of timely communication added to the inconvenience. I hope for improvements in inventory accuracy and communication protocols.
Never buy aything from this Company. Irresponsible & tricky! I have placed an order for 2 shoes; never received! Send several emails with no response! Called them, they have given one tracking number, unable to track! They use SHIPA! If the Company did not hand over the parcel, how can the shipping Company deliver it! I have lost hope now! Will keep chasing....... Never buy anything from this Company!

Needed a bigger size, website said it was in stock, so requested a replacement but then advised out of stock. Second time that this has happened to me with runners.ae, won’t be ordering again. Messaged them a few times now asking for the amount to be returned but no one responds, so now have credit with them but no point in ordering if items shown on website are not in stock. Be nice if they could at least reply to my emails, even nicer if they returned my money or their inventory was accurate……
I received an email from you that you will not be able to fulfill my order. If you didn’t have the stock then you shouldn’t have taken the order. This kind of service is unacceptable.
The worst service i have faced yet. If i were you i would order from any other app or website except this website, so far literally the worst service i have faced and the worst customer respect i have experienced.
It has been 7 days since the expected delivery date and they keep rescheduling and postponing the delivery without contacting me, they keep blaming me for an invalid address and phone number, they blamed me for not answering the phone while no one called or contacted me on any platform to ask again or make sure of my address and phone number, although my address and phone number are clearly stated in the order details.
Worst return i ever had and i will never order again
If there was less than one like zero, I would award it. I would NEVER use this shop again. I ordered from Saudi Arabia, was told my purchase would arrive on Monday. Monday came, no order. Contacted the shipping company, was told everything was fine. Contacted runners ae, told everything was fine. Wednesday came, still nothing, contacted the shipping company to be told there was an issue of ‘impersonation’ and that I must deal with runners ae. Have no idea what that means so I contacted the company. Got a useless email to say that the problem was with the shipping company. Several emails, phone calls and WhatsApp messages later, I was told the shipping company needed a copy of my Saudi Residence ID. This was on Thursday. Later in the day, I had a phone call from the shipping company to say my order would take another 3-4 days. UNBELIEVABLE! I don’t believe that a reputable company wouldn’t know that shipping to Saudi would be an issue and documents would be required.
I ordered 5 pieces items from Runners but delivered only 1 piece after waiting for a long time.
