Incredible customer service from Carol
Absolutely fantastic service from the lovely Carol and manager Sophie, going well above and beyond expectations. After a small misunderstanding they absolutely rectified it and helped me to purchase new running trainers. Second time I’ve purchased my Hoka’s here and highly recommend running bear for their knowledge, products and amazing customer service. Thanks again, Sarah 🙌🙏
